Chapter 1 Theme: Wrath

Rey Reed Smith point of view

I cried out, "Kill them all." My voice filled the whole planet Ur with the help of the tech on my suit, and nearly made it collapse. It was a great, dark voice, and I could feel the venom in it.

It carried great authority and a dark aura.

My soldiers yelled behind me and charged at the clown aliens of Ur.

Yeah, I called them clowns aliens. That's because they failed to bow before me. I'm a god, and I was supposed to be worshipped like one.

However, they don't acknowledge me as one. They didn't accept me. They repudiated me and preferred to die.

My blood heated at the thought of that. I've been plundering planet after planet, raiding it and killing every being that failed to accept me as their god.

I want my fame to be known across the galaxies. I want to show everyone that I'm the greatest being of all time. I want them to know that no one is like me, and nobody will ever be.

I want them to worship me like a god. Their god. Any planets or beings that fail to worship me shall be cut down, and their names shall be removed from the book of the living soul.

I erased them from existence and made sure that nobody ever remembered them. Not only that, their families, neighbours, and everyone they love will suffer the consequences.

This is the seventh planet I will be raiding. Some accept me as their ruler, and some worship me like a god. I obliterated those who rejected me.

Slowly, I started to build armies, and the fame of my victory spread across the planets. Eventually, they started fearing me.

I looked down upon the people of UR, and the sight of them infuriated me. "How dare them?" I snarled.

Thick moisture emitted out of my nose, and I could feel my body getting hotter with each passing moment. It was like my body was going to explode anytime soon.

I look around me, my eyes wandering around the battlefield like a robot. I was happy with the awful, or should I say the great scene in front of me.

Dead bodies were littered all over the place, and blood filled the field. It's one of the greatest battles I've fought so far.

When we arrived here eight days ago, everything was great, and the sand was awesome. It was neat and sparkling in the sun. But now, everything has turned green with blood. If they had accepted me, none of this would've happened.

Well, I couldn't blame them. They are also incredible in battle. They had the best fortress, advance technologies and weapons.

Their men are great at using blades, while their women, including kids, weren't left out. It was like they had been preparing for me. They had been training hard for a day like this.

I immediately tendered my offer, but they rejected it. They don't even give me the chance to explain or give them free days.

Worse, their commander told me to return with my army of ants before they attacked. He threatened to grab me, squeeze me like a piece of paper, and crush me under his boot.

"That bastard," I said with gritted teeth.

At first, I thought he was joking. It was after the fifth day that I knew that he meant business. I haven't got the chance to crumble their fortress, which has never happened to me before.

My greatest battle with the people of Glasgow lasted for four days. Since then, I have always won within two days.

But the people of UR are different. They are not ready to surrender. They'd rather sacrifice all their resources to the battle than give up.

From the top of the boulder where I was standing, I could see that they weren't taking it easy with my men. Finally, I decided to step in. It's time to end this battle.

Letting out a great battle cry, I leapt away from the boulder and docked in the middle of the great war.

My body emitted a great amount of energy, which roasted all the beings around me. It doesn't matter whether they are my men or people of UR.

I'm ready to sacrifice all of them to win this war. It's the same thing that the commander of UR is doing. He didn't care, and neither did I.

"Follow me," I said, my voice booming throughout the field for my men to hear.

I charged further toward the gate, and my men followed me. Finally, I'm about to seize the glory.

Each step I took was a mighty one, and they left a huge hole behind me, which was emitting smoke. It was like my feet were burning the earth.

I swing my war axe with great velocity and acceleration, whacking down three heads of the UR army.

"You are all doom," I snarled at them, my voice carrying great authority.

I wheeled back, swung the axe high above my head, and slammed it into the earth. A great wave of light flashed out as the axe made contact with the earth, and the earth became more open and swallowed men.

I threw my axe forward, just like Thor Odin from Norse mythology. It went flying in the air, slicing and whacking down UR soldiers' heads.

I stretched my hand, and the electromagnetic field on my gaunlet activated, forcing axe returned to my hand, and killing more men as it came. I grabbed hold of it, tightened my grip on its handle, and used it to kill more men again.

All around me, the bodies of UR men fell, and I smirked at the satisfaction of my victory.

Suddenly, my senses picked up an incoming attack from behind, and I leapt out of the way on instinct. Instantly, an arrow whistled past my face.

I turned around, ready to face the archer when I was welcomed with a great kick on the chest. It was so hard and fierce that the force made me tumble ten feet backwards.

I rolled out of the way instinctively, and a spear made contact with my previous position. It's a narrow escape.

With anger surging through my body, I leapt up and landed on my feet. My attacker dashed at me again, but I was ready for it this time.

As he attempted to kick me on the chest with his feet, I grabbed hold of it and used it to fling him away in the same motion.

The being quickly twirled his body in midair and docked on his feet. Behold, it's the commander of the UR planet.
