Broken Oaths

Darkness is more pervasive than you could possibly think. It reaches as high as it pleases, sparing none from its icy grasps. Leadership, experience, and skill all amount to nothing before this ravenous force.



Entire nations fall to it never to return leaving only broken remains and shattered hopes. It sneers at any foolish enough to oppose it; as all opposition is broken down and denied even the release of death. It is an unceasing tide that rushes across the land.



Now, Benjamin Erin Levins must contend with this tide as it seeks to consume him hole. His home and those who he once looked up to all fall to this corruption. Or perhaps, they were in its hold all along. Left with only the shambled remains of what once was he must struggle into tomorrow.
