The two teams marched separately, their footfalls echoing through the valley as they ventured into enemy territory. When Zoren Team reached their target, they found themselves dwarfed by the massive Golem, a creature of stone and raw power.

It stood at least 50 feet tall, its body composed of jagged rocks and ancient earth, with eyes that glowed with a malevolent light.

Zoren activated his appraisal skill:

[STATUS]

Name: Stone Golem (Large) Level: ??

Strength: ?? Vitality: ?? Agility: ?? Intelligence: ??

[Skills: Colossal Stomp(A), Earthquake Surge(A), Stoneform Shield(A), Boulder Barrage(A)]

"Spread out!" Zoren ordered, his voice sharp. "We need to flank it!"

The Golem moved first, slamming its massive foot into the ground. The earth shook violently as the Colossal Stomp sent shockwaves through the ranks, knocking several infantry to the ground.

"Archers, fire at will!" Alderon shouted, his command punctuated by the twang of bowstrings.

The Khajiit Archers loosed their Spinning Bodkin Arrows, each one whistling through the air before striking the Golem's rocky hide. Explosions rippled across its surface as the golem cores embedded in the arrows detonated, sending chunks of stone flying.

"Nice shot, Alderon!" Zoren called out.

"All part of the job," Alderon grinned, then glanced at his daughter, Fae, who was gathering energy for her spell.

"Riders, aim for its legs!" Zoren commanded. The Faun Basilisk Riders charged, their pickaxes glowing with arcane energy. They struck the Golem's legs repeatedly, each blow cracking the stone further.

The Golem roared, raising both arms to unleash its Boulder Barrage . Massive rocks tore from the earth, hurtling toward the troops. "Take cover!" Zoren yelled, diving behind a boulder just as one of the Golem's projectiles crashed down, sending debris flying.

Lyra, stationed further back with Lohar's Obsidian Cannon, took aim. Her hands steady on the controls. "You big, ugly pile of rocks... take this!" she muttered, firing a beam of concentrated energy. The blast hit the Golem square in the chest, causing it to stagger. "Nice shot, Lyra!" Fae cheered.

Lyra turned away, trying to hide her faint blush. "It's not like I did it for praise or anything..." she mumbled. But despite her words, a small, satisfied smile played on her lips.

The Golem, clearly enraged, activated its Stoneform Shield, hardening its exterior into an almost impenetrable barrier. "Damn, it's toughening up!" Zoren cursed, gripping his Twin-Spike Hammer tighter. "We need to break through that shield!"

"Leave it to us!" Alderon called out, signaling his archers. "Focus your fire on its head!". The archers responded with a coordinated volley, the explosive arrows hammering the Golem's face repeatedly. Cracks began to spider-web across the Stoneform Shield.

Zoren saw his chance. "Fae, now!"

Fae nodded, focusing the energy she had been gathering. "H-Here goes!" She unleashed a spell that amplified Zoren's speed and strength, making his form blur as he charged at the Golem.

Zoren leaped into the air using Kujo's Back, his hammer glowing with the combined energy. With a mighty roar, he brought the hammer down on the Golem's cracked shield.

The impact was like a thunderclap, shattering the shield into thousands of pieces The impact shattered the Stoneform Shield, leaving the Golem vulnerable. With the shield broken, the troops pressed the attack. The Dreadhorn Kujo used his skill Ruinous Charge, ramming into the Golem's legs with enough force to knock the giant to its knees. Basilisk Riders swarmed, their pickaxes digging deep into the exposed rock.

"Lyra, finish it off!" Zoren ordered.

Lyra didn't hesitate. She took careful aim with the Obsidian Cannon, her eyes narrowing as she locked onto the Golem's exposed core. "Say goodbye!" she muttered, firing the beam directly into the core.

The energy blast pierced through the Golem's chest, striking the core with pinpoint accuracy.

The Golem let out one final, deafening roar before crumbling into a massive pile of rubble. Zoren stood amidst the debris, breathing heavily. "That's one down," he said, his voice resolute.

Alderon approached Fae, resting a hand on her shoulder. "You did well, Fae. I'm proud of you." Fae's face reddened, and she looked away, her voice shy. "Th-Thanks, Dad..."

Lyra, noticing the exchange, crossed her arms and huffed. "Honestly, you're all too soft... But, um, good job, I guess." Her voice softened as she added, "Don't think I'm complimenting you or anything."

Zoren turned to the group, his face stern. "Rest a while. We will hunt another large golem soon."

Meanwhile, Corvus's team faced the Medium Golems with grim determination. Though smaller than the one Zoren's team faced, these Golems were no less formidable. Their stone forms moved with a terrifying, relentless power.

"Stay sharp!" Corvus called out, his eyes scanning the battlefield with sharp precision. "Archers, lay down suppressive fire. Hunters, wait for an opening before you strike!"

Nyx, perched in a tree with her bow drawn, observed the Golems with a calculating gaze.

"These things are tougher than they look," she muttered to herself before raising her voice. "Take out the lead Golem! The rest will falter if we break their formation!"

Kaen, ever the warrior at heart, gripped his Twin-Spike Hammer with a grin. "Finally, some real action!" He charged forward, his hammer slamming into the nearest Golem with a thunderous crash. The impact reverberated through the air, sending a shower of rocks flying.

The Blue Orcs, led by Skargash, roared in unison as they flanked the Golems. Their enhanced mauls shattered stone with every swing."Hit them hard and don't stop!" Skargash's voice boomed, filled with battle-fury.

As the Golems retaliated, summoning boulders to hurl at the advancing troops, the battlefield turned into a maelstrom of dust and debris. Corvus, calm and collected in the chaos, issued orders with precision. "Kaen, flank left! Skargash, push through the center with the Orcs!"

Nyx, eyes narrowed, fired her Spinning Bodkin Arrows with unerring accuracy. Each arrow found its mark, striking the Golems at their joints. "Aim for the legs! Bring them down to our level!" she commanded, her voice a clear, steady beacon amidst the tumult.

Kaen's hammer struck true, shattering a Golem's knee with a deafening crack. The massive creature crumbled to the ground. "Now's your chance! Take it down!" Kaen bellowed.

The Faun Hunters surged forward, their weapons flashing as they dismantled the fallen Golem with swift, lethal efficiency.

As the battle raged on, Corvus led his team with unyielding resolve, exploiting every weakness in the Golems' formation. "Don't let up! They're faltering!" he shouted, his voice carrying strength and confidence.

Suddenly, out of the corner of his eye, Corvus caught sight of a lone scout disappearing into the trees.

As day turned to dusk, Corvus's team began their march back home. The air was heavy with the scent of battle, the tension of the day's fight still lingering in the air. Corvus walked at the head of his team, his mind occupied with what he had seen earlier.

But as they approached a narrow pass, Corvus's instincts flared. The air shifted, carrying with it an ominous whooshing sound that grew louder by the second. "Everyone, take cover!" Corvus shouted. "Kaen, Beetle Infantry, shields up!"

Kaen, the commander of the Beetlefolks Infantry, led his troops with precision, forming a protective barrier with their enhanced shields just as a massive fireball came hurtling towards them.

The impact shook the ground, but the shields held firm, absorbing the brunt of the blast. As the smoke cleared, Corvus scanned the area, his eyes narrowing as he saw what lay ahead.

Surrounding them, emerging from the shadows, were hundreds of Hogfolk warriors. Their crude weapons gleamed in the fading light, and their eyes were filled with bloodlust. From the ranks of the Hogfolk came a maniacal laugh that sent chills down Corvus's spine. "Hoo hoo hoo... They blocked it? Impressive," came a voice dripping with insanity.

The speaker was the adviser, a twisted grin on his face as he watched the scene unfold with perverse glee. At the back of the Hogfolk army, seated on a massive, snarling boar even larger than a Tainthog, was Grid, the imposing leader of the Hogfolk. His eyes were cold, calculating as they swept over Corvus and his team.

Kaen stepped forward, his hammer at the ready. "So, this is how it ends? Surrounded by filth."

Nyx, her bow drawn and eyes sharp, added with a smirk, "Just more targets for us to shoot down. Let's see how many fall before we do." But before they could make a move, the Hogfolk attacked. The battle erupted with ferocious intensity.

Skargash and the Blue Orcs clashed with Gurlok, the Hogfolk 1st Commander, but Gurlok fought with a cunning edge, using sheer numbers to overwhelm the Orcs.

Kaen and Nyx found themselves battling Gerad, another of Grid's commanders. Though Gerad was strong, he relied on his soldiers to wear down his opponents. Kaen's hammer struck with powerful blows, but each time he cleared a space, more Hogfolk rushed in. Nyx's arrows flew true, each one finding a target, but for every Hogfolk she felled, another took its place.

Corvus stayed back, casting healing spells to keep his team in the fight. His calm demeanor held them together, even as the odds seemed insurmountable. But the adviser's eyes had locked onto him, a twisted grin spreading across his face.

"You… You're dangerous, aren't you?" the adviser hissed. His hand crackled with malevolent energy, and with a sudden, wild laugh, he unleashed a bolt of lightning. The air sizzled as the bolt struck Corvus, sending him to the ground in a heap.

"No!" Nyx cried out, her voice laced with panic as she saw Corvus fall.

Kaen roared in fury, swinging his hammer with renewed ferocity, but the numbers were too great. Slowly, but surely, Corvus's team was overwhelmed.

The Hogfolk pressed in from all sides, their sheer numbers too much to handle. The battlefield, once filled with the sounds of battle, was now dominated by the cruel laughter of Grid and his adviser. Bloodied and beaten, Corvus's team was finally subdued, their weapons knocked from their hands, and their strength spent.

The Hogfolk bound them with rough ropes, dragging them before Grid, who looked down at them with a sneer. "Well, well… what a disappointing end," Grid said, his voice full of mockery. The adviser giggled uncontrollably beside him, his eyes gleaming with madness.

Corvus, struggling to stay conscious, looked up at Grid with defiant eyes. "This… isn't over," he managed to say through gritted teeth.

Grid chuckled darkly, "Oh, but it is. Take them away. We have much to discuss."

The last thing Corvus saw before everything went dark was the adviser's manic grin, promising pain and suffering in the days to come.
