"It's been three days, and you're still unwilling to give in?" Wyatt looked at him helplessly, "Do you think you can fix the problem between Jaylani and you by just giving everything back?"
"She still refuses to see me," Ash said in frustration.
"It's the right thing to do." Wyatt squinted at him and said, "Your mother found Jaylani and told her to leave you. Except for complying, what else can she do? You throw a tantrum at home, but that won't change the fact that she's your mother. She'll never hurt you. However, if your mother tries to hurt Jaylani, she couldn't resist with all her might."
Wyatt seldom preached to anyone like this but had to say this to Ash.
"You can fight against your family because you've taken over the River Bed Pack. I, however, am just a rogue now," Ash said dejectedly. "Except for that, what else can I do to prove my resolution?"
