With those words,the young man rushed into the office.
Inside, Mr Maxwell was on a call, " Mr Maxwell!" The young man rushed in and called out.
The interruption darkened Mr Maxwell's face. He snapped at the young man while muting the phone.
"Can't you see I'm on the phone? What's the rush?"
Mr Maxwell, Mr John is here!
"Mr John..."
Mr Maxwell initially intended to shoo the young man away,but suddenly remembered something.
Are you referring to Mr John who bought 150 houses?
The young man nodded.
Upon confirmation, Mr Maxwell hung up,adjusted his appearance and said,"lead the way!"
The young man swiftly escorted Mr Maxwell outside.
Upon spotting Bright, Mr Maxwell was surprised. 150 houses, fetching at least $800 million.
The presumed buyer, Mr John was assumed to be in his forties and fifties. However,the Mr John in front of him appeared to be merely twenty five or twenty six.
Too young! This greatly surprised Mr Maxwell.
"Mr John's background isn't simple at all"
Mr Maxwell sighed and approached Bright with a smile saying,"Mr John, sorry for the wait"
"You..."
"I'm the agency manager, Jason Maxwell"
"Hello Mr Maxwell" Bright stood to shake hands with Jason,who bowed before he could.
At the same time,his eyes seemed glued to the exposed property deeds in the two boxes on the floor.
The more he looked,the more absorbed he became. This could be a big business!
This person was their ticket to success. If they could secure exclusive rental rights for these two buildings, they would hit the jackpot!
Mr John,call me Jason,'Mr Maxwell ' doesn't suit me in your presence, Jason said humbly before turning to the young agent beside him, bellowing!
Why didn't you invite such an important client like Mr John to the office for tea?
Having said that, Jason warmly invited Bright to discuss matters in the office.
"No need, let's talk here"
Jason didn't press and the young agent rushed to make tea. After sipping tea, Jason smiled asking,will Mr John rent out all the houses this time?
