Sota's Special, The Lunge Sprint

Sota took a deep breath. "I'm not passing the ball this time."

The team stared at him in surprise, their eyes wide. Even Kazuma and Daigo, who were usually quick to catch on, were taken aback. It's not every day that a quarterback calls for a selfish play and lives to tell the tale.

And yet, somehow, everyone didn't lash out on Sota. They knew what he was capable of, and only he could say something so abnormal yet totally acceptable.

"You're going to rush it?" Kaminari asked, his voice full of disbelief. "Are you sure?"

Sota nodded. "Yeah. I'm going to take it all the way. I know it's risky, but I need you all to trust me. Just this once. I can do this. I've been training months for this." He continued.
