North region Cassadora: Le Fleur Family Mansion (Days Prior)
Thin fires attached to one side of each of the ten granite columns illuminate the royal hall, coloring it in a rainbow of yellows and oranges. Above the tiered ceiling, the opulent hall's carved symmetrical patterns dance in the shifting light, while statuettes guard the porcelain floor. A magenta carpeting divides the chamber in half from the entryway to the throne, and banners with patterned borders flutter lightly from the walls. There are large candlesticks in between each banner, some of which are lit, lighting the murals beneath that depict folk heroes and myths.

"His majesty there's been a report of a surge of mana within the Northwest region it could be-"
"Calm down Sir Theodore it is not "IT" but it appears to be another Spirit Creature Magic User"
"Another sir but that-"
"Yes I know given the fact there have been a few in the past couple of months"
"That's the most I've ever heard of Your Majesty."
"Indeed it's going to be an interesting couple of years. Ardian Magic Academy better be prepared. Say where is the princess?"
"UHH She is-"
"Right here" a voice calls.
A portal appears behind Sir Theodore.

Selene walks through the portal with Justus following behind.
"I heard the whole talk Father it sounds like not only a spirit Creature Magic User but another Heavenly Mage Candidate has been discovered"
"Dear Daughter, please refrain from going out and wandering off especially in this day and age with those Aero Desperados around. You're putting their Le Fleur family name at risk"
"Worry not Father I can hold my own just the other day I defeated more than a dozen wolves and one dire wolf without moving a muscle"
"You talented daughter but please don't let that talent go to your head"
"Yes yes, I know. Plus I have Justus with me here we shall be fine"
"Ok"
"You said the Northwest Region correct?" Selene asks again.
"Yes" her father responds.
"Cmon Justus let's mosey on over there"
"But milady I can't travel to places I have never been to before" Justus responds.
"That's right my apologies well guess we can partake in a meal"

"Sir Theodore"
"Yes Milady"
"Would you be so kind as to let the kitchen and staff know that we will be eating soon"
"Of course Milady. Please excuse me his majesty" Sir Theodore says as he rushes to Selene and Justus's side.

East region Amoria: Valentine Family Mansion
The entire throne chamber is illuminated by polished braziers that dangle from one side of each of the sixteen granite columns, casting a warm glow over everything. Gazing down upon the granite floor of this royal hall, sculptures play with the flickering light created by the enormous chandeliers suspended from the tiered ceiling.A red carpet descends from the throne and divides to enclose the whole hall, while battered banners with ornate lacery dangle softly from the walls. Tall candles, many of which have been lit, are positioned between each banner, illuminating the creative representations of leaders and legends beneath them. Sleek, symmetrical stained glass windows are surrounded by veils the same shade of red as the banners.
"It's just another candidate, not NYX" a man's voice calls out. "Nothing to be concerned about"
"Only inform us if there are major threats"
"Y-yes sir"
"Is everything alright Father"
"Anatasia sweetie please excuse your fathers yelling"

West region Polaris: Starborn Family Mansion (Days Prior)
Great braziers half-enclosing each of the eight sandstone columns illuminate the entire royal chamber and emit warmth throughout. The elaborate golden patterns on the embowed ceiling dance in the wavering light, while statues and statuettes gaze down at the stone floor of this magnificent hall. A teal carpeting divides the space in half from the entrance to the throne and pointed banners with polished corners hang gently from the walls. A lantern hangs between each banner; just a few have been lit, and they illuminate the statues of leaders and legends below. Humble windows are framed by drapes in the same teal as the banners. The drapes are covered with amazing embroidery and style.

Waves continue to crash against the coastline.
"Another candidate" a woman's voice speaks.
"You correct Mother" the young girl speaks.
"Zenaveil hello dear," the woman says.
"There are two" Zenaveil puts it up using her two fingers.
"Two? Really? It appears only one was very noticeable. Water. We must find out who that is and send them to training here"
"It's perfect because we by water" the little girl adds.
"Yes it is"
"Hmm, do you wish to take a quick trip?"
"Sure that sounds fun Mother" the young girl smiles.

South region Boriadale: Fallenburg Family Mansion (Days Prior)
Bulky braziers encircling each of the eight travertine columns illuminate the entire throne hall, creating a pleasant radiance. The finely carved woodwork hanging from the slanted ceiling dances in the wavering light, and carved pictures and sculptures gaze down on the marble floor of this magnificent hall.
An onyx carpeting divides the chamber in half from the throne to the middle of the hall, and burgee banners with elaborate embroidery hang from the walls. A light hangs between each banner; they've all been lit, and they illuminate the wall murals of legendary monsters underneath them.
"Her majesty. What should we do the news department is already asking what to write?"
"Be calm. What do we know so far" a lady wearing a green dress and long black hair speaks in a soothing tone.
"Just that another Heavenly Water candidate has been found. A maybe just maybe another Heavenly candidate of fire as well"
"If that's what the earth has been telling me yes that is all correct"
"Thank you. The emissary owls will be sent out soon with this urgent report"
"Mother" a young girl's voice calls out. "Who are all these people?"
"My dear princess don't be worried everything is all right"
"I felt it to mother."
"Did you know what you feel"
"An awakening of power."
"That's what I felt as well. You're becoming more familiar with your magic I see"
"Yes Mother"
"Well done Lady Madison" as she pats her head whilst the girl sits on her lap.

"What.. She just left. No, it can't be" Axelle immediately gets off his bed and runs outside with the letter in hand.
The sky is gloomy and cloudy.
"Axelle you're awake," Axton says as Axelle runs past him.
"It can't be true this is just one of her silly pranks. She going to surprise or scare me like she always does"
"Am sorry we didn't have a proper goodbye" her words echo throughout his head.
Axelle continues to run.
"Yeah, that's right there no way she would leave because of that right? Right"
He turns the corner to head to her house as he opens the door.
"Bri!"
Nothing. There was nothing left. As if no one lived there. Axelle was shocked with disbelief.
"No" as his eyes begin to fill with tears.
He falls to his knees.

Just as the tears poured from his eyes rain began to fall.

"Son," Axton says from behind him.
"It's raining just like that day," Axelle says in a soft voice. "It was my fault father I pushed too much. I should have known she she was struggling with maintaining her mana. Plus the weather."

"Axelle it's okay. It was an accident. Accident happens. You guys are still kids. You guys came out both okay"

"If it makes you feel better she brought that bag you had with her name on it"
"She did?" Axelle looks at his father with redness under his eyes and a stuffy nose.
"Yes. She also visited you every day until she left. Hoping you would wake up so she can say her goodbye but she just ended up writing that letter instead."
"Her parents were also very apologetic as well" Etna arrives. "There was no ill will towards either of us. They suggested they move and give Bri proper training"
"Yes in the letter she stated she moved to the eastern region of Polaris she didn't specify which city" Axlelle speaks.
"Yeah, the day after the incident occurred three members of the Starborn family visited the Cordelia family. Although Bri was very hesitant at first. The Starborn family brought along their daughter with them to make sure Bri would be okay as there will be other children training with her."
"The selling point for her was that she could learn to master her magic and never hurt someone like that again. They also promised you two will meet again at Ardian Magic Academy"
"That's right when every mage turns the age of 18 they will attend Ardian Magic Academy. So I'll see her then" Axelle mod changes as he stands back up.
"Another thing son is" Axton with a look of regret on his face.
"Axton, are you?"
"Etna we have to if we hide anything else from him it will be crucial for his development and progression"
"The Starborn Family didn't just visit them they visited us as well."
"Why did they visit you guys?"
"They told us that you're the Prince of the Primordial Flame."
"What. What is that" Axelle wonders.
"Suppsodely many many years ago when the world just started there was a fire mage that could wield 4 types of flames"
"No, it can't be"
"Flames, Healing Flames, Never ending flames, and Nullifying flames"
"I don't recall that last-- . Argh"
"Listen to them" the mysterious voice calls out.
"Axelle you okay"
Both Etna and Axton head to their son's aid.
"Please continue with the story"
"This mage was the first fire Heavenly Mage." His father stops.
"Remember that story that I told you before Axelle? Its real"
"I know Father that's what I've been training"
The two were somewhat surprised. "Were sorry to keep that secret away from you"
"It's okay we're beyond that point. Lemme just ask one thing. If Bri is training at Polaris does that mean I get to go there too"
"Not exactly" Etna responds.
"The Starborn family said whatever training method that you were doing continue doing it. The reason why they suggested she go there is because that's where most water mages gain better knowledge and training about their power."
"So continue training in the forest"
"Correct"
"Dear I know this is a lot for you but-"
"No this is perfect since that's what I've been doing training. If training to be a Heavenly Mage is what I have to do I'll do it. If she trains hard I'll have to be in top shape when I see Bri again"
Both parents share a smile on their faces with their son's resolve.
The three embrace in a much-needed hug.
As the rain stops.
Later that evening
Axelle remains lying in his bed as he stares out the window with the necklace Bri gave him in hand.
"I promise I will see you again" Axelle states as he clutches the necklace and stares at the moon.

Bri sits on her bed staring at the nearby ocean. With her windows open. Listening to the waves crashing against the rocks.
"Axelle I hope you understand. I promise the next time I see you I will make things right. I will be a much stronger and better mage"
Bri says as she looks at the full moon in the clear night sky looking at the side bag with her name on it.

"It's been 10 years" Axelle stares at himself in the mirror now with black spikey Hair With tints of red on the tips, tall, lean-built young man with peach skin and brown eyes.
"I wonder if she would recognize me. Maybe even remember me. No way she'll forget"
