Not everyone who could use magic inheritance was allowed to try to fuse it now. No matter what, these children would be important in the future and the White Family couldn't afford to lose them. 

After Evan succeeded, the two of them were happy, though. 

"Ah, why did you mention my weakness first?" Evan wailed.

"Everyone knew this." Aya rolled her eyes and itched to slap her cousin but her etiquette didn't allow her to do so. 

The main limit for the White Family's magic inheritance was their mana. As long as their mana run out, it would be fine.

but if they could replenish their mana quickly or they have more mana than expected…

Then they should expect to lose the fight. 

"Then, I'll fight you until you run out of mana," Leon said with a grin.
