When the four patriarchs heard this phrase, none of them refuted it.

They also knew that many people longed to enter the Central Magic City. But for those who were not born there or didn't have any connection in the Central Magic City, it would be highly impossible for them to stay there.

At most, they could only pay a visit for a short period of time. 

After that, they still have to go back to their respective cities and would only be allowed to come back when they have other business.
