"See you soon." Valerion whispered as his hand reluctantly let Eamon's go.
Valerion didn't want to let his mate out of his sight for even a few seconds but he knew he had to try to.
He couldn't be hovering over him all the time.
Eamon could eventually find it suffocating.
"Will he be safe?" He asked Ezekiel and the dragon offered him an understanding smile, well aware of the trauma his cousin had been through.
"Don't worry, he will be fine." Ezekiel assured him as they walked ahead.
Valerion was still slightly uneasy as he briefly glanced over his shoulder and looked at Eamon.
"If something bad happens to him, I will die. I cannot survive another loss." Valerion whispered as he reluctantly followed Ezekiel down a wide corridor.
Ezekiel frowned at the confession as he paused in his movements and gestured for a couple of big guards that were standing at quite a distance to come closer.
