Jason's eyes locked onto the woman that been yelling at him, his eyes were cold.
Then, he moved.
His movements were as fast as a blur. Even to the guards stationed around.
He had lost his temper; he had almost died inside his own house, accused of being the one that killed the man, and now a guard was spurring him with insults without even asking for what happened.
Without wasting a second, he grabbed the woman's head then smashed it into the ground.
There was a sickening thud as her head hit the ground.
His actions felt satisfying, that was until guilt came at full force.
He let out a deep breath as he stared at the victim.
She had been knocked unconscious but there was no doubt that she would survive, he hadn't packed enough strength into that to kill someone. It was only enough to give him a bit of satisfaction and knock her unconscious.
There was silence, nobody dared to move.
