At the dinner table.
Old Master Carter and the two little fellows had already taken their seats. The table was full of dishes and all the food looked very sumptuous.
William didn't pick up his spoon, and neither did the little ones.
Everyone was waiting for Grace and Heinz.
The butler stepped forward and asked in a low voice, "Are you going to drink today, Chief?"
"Of course," Old Master Carter said. "This is a great day, of course we have to drink. Are there any yogurt drinks or some fruit juice? Please give the children some."
"Yes, I've prepared it. We have freshly pressed kiwi juice," the butler said.
"Please give it to them," said Old Master Carter.
"Yes, Sir!" The butler quickly served the drinks.
The butler set the wine and juice on the table.
It was only then that Heinz arrived with Grace.
"I'm sorry," Grace apologized. "Sorry to keep you waiting, Mr. Carter."
"It's fine," Old Master Carter didn't seem to mind at all. "Hurry and sit down. Let's have dinner."
