Chapter 81 They Were Preparing For The Wedding?

Bella's POV:

Hank asked me, "The expensive food, the best house, and the care of the servants... Are they what you want?"

I knew that this was a good opportunity for him to give up completely, and so I intentionally said, "Right! That's right. Living a luxurious life is what I want. My husband is now the president of the Wharton Group. I am very happy!"

Hank released my shoulders and looked sad. He said, "It turns out that you are such a vain woman!"

"So don't think about me anymore. You deserve to have a better one." I smiled at him and then turned away.

I didn't look back as I didn't want to give Hank any hope. I raised my head and strode forward.

In fact, I was still a little sad. If Hank didn't like me, we might be good friends.

But I knew that Hank liked me, but I didn't like him.

In order not to hurt him continuously, I must draw a clear line with him.
