Pierce’s men are now evacuating all the employees in my dad and mom’s company. We’re just about to leave to help when one of the guards left to guard us fell on the floor, bleeding and lifeless. I gasped as I stared at his eyes that were still open. He got a gunshot wound on his forehead and my heart immediately raced in fear. I remember the night I was kidnapped when I was young.
