The heating inside the room was ample, but there was also a humidifier in the corner to prevent dryness.

"The girl taking care of her is named Grace, she's her best friend. Well, having a best friend who can do this much is truly rare."

Sure enough, it was Grace's doing.

A mix of complex emotions swept through Andrew's eyes—there was regret, there was apprehension. If it weren't for that detective's fortunate encounter, how long would it have taken him to see Harper?

But most of all, there was gratitude, enough to make him kneel down.

"Grace's here!" the nurse said with a smile.

Seeing the nurse standing at the door, Grace's heart skipped a beat. Seeing Andrew inside again, she couldn't help but curse inwardly.

Damn it, how did he manage to find her again?

Displeased, Grace complained, "Nurse, how could you let anyone in so casually?"

Nurse Smith pointed to Harper on the bed, feeling she had done nothing wrong. "He had her photo, isn't he an acquaintance?"
