Chapter 35: A Family Should Sleep Together

Hannah really wanted to slap Austin's face; he was clearly a rogue. Back in the room, She took a deep breath. Her whole body felt hot, as if she were still savoring the kiss from Austin. What was she thinking? Clearly, she hated Austin, yet she kept running into the fire. She was stupid.

Having taken a shower, Hannah was drying her hair when a knock on the door interrupted her. Cherub called out, "Mommy, can I sleep with you tonight?"

Hannah let out a sigh and opened the door, only to find Austin standing there in pajamas, looking at her with a smile.

"Why are you here?" Hannah asked, on guard.

Innocently, Cherub said, "I brought Daddy here. I want Daddy and Mommy to sleep together. The kids at kindergarten told me that if Daddy and Mommy sleep together, they can have a little sister. I want a little sister."
