Chapter 16 An Yan, Don't Move

Fu Shiyan clenched his wrist and snapped it backward, kicking at his knee.

With a bang, the latter knelt on one knee on the ground.

The squeals like those of a slaughtered pig washed over the bar space, drowned out by the ear-splitting music, while people on the dance floor continued to raise their hands, releasing their emotions.

Perhaps the pain sobered Li Rongwei a bit. He looked up at the man's grim and stern face, his pupils suddenly tightening, "President Fu, I, I was wrong. Take the girl away, please take her!"

Fu Shiyan let go of his hand, took out a white handkerchief, wiped it, and threw it on his face, "Don't let me hear about you bothering An Yan again, or the Li Family will roll out of Jiangcheng!"

He turned around to see Han Yang supporting the frail An Yan, and asked with a furrowed brow, "What's wrong?"

Han Yang looked at the man's stern face and said softly, "Miss An Yan seems to have ingested something dirty."

Fu Shiyan abruptly turned his gaze back to Li Rongwei, who had just been helped up, and delivered a roundhouse kick to his face. Li Rongwei was sent flying, and those supporting him were also implicated, all falling to the ground.

Li Rongwei spat out blood, which was mixed with several teeth, his speech now whistling, "It's not me, it has nothing to do with me!"

Fu Shiyan turned back to An Yan, picked her up horizontally, and said to Han Yang, "Don't let any of these people get away!"

Han Yang nodded in agreement and quickly handed over the car keys.

Watching Fu Shiyan carry An Yan away, he turned and waved his hand, signalling over a dozen bodyguards to encircle them.

"Clear the place!"

Leaving the bar, Fu Shiyan carried An Yan towards the car.

An Yan's little hand mischievously slid into the gaps between two buttons of the man's shirt, found something, and pinched it hard.

Fu Shiyan's brow jumped fiercely, his breathing grew heavier, "An Yan, stop moving around!"

An Yan's eyes were moist; she pouted, "Younger Uncle, you're being mean."

"I'm not."

"You are." She retaliated by pinching him harder.

An Yan held back a laugh in her heart; she wanted to take advantage of the confusion to gain all the benefits she could from Fu Shiyan.

Ah, none of this was her fault—it was all because of the drug.

Li Rongwei, the scapegoat, wasn't exactly innocent either, since he had once harmed many women and trampled upon women's dignity. Tonight, he just met his nemesis in her—consider it his bad luck!

Opening the car door, Fu Shiyan put the person into the passenger seat, and while buckling her seatbelt, An Yan's arms wrapped around his neck, her lips close to his ear, "Younger Uncle, I feel really terrible."

The damp touch and the soft, seductive voice were like a powerful electric shock that traveled from his eardrum into his veins, striking his heart directly, causing his already unsteady heartbeats to throb even more intensely.

"I'll take you to the hospital."

"I won't go, it's too embarrassing! Please!"

Fu Shiyan fiercely closed his eyes and slowly pulled off the girl's hands, then shut the car door.

Circling to the front of the car, he took a deep breath, and called Si Heng, "Come to Bishui Bay; a friend of mine has been drugged."

Si Heng chuckled maliciously, "A man or a woman? If it's a man, I'll come have a look. If it's a woman, you save her yourself."

Fu Shiyan's brow was tightly furrowed, "Hurry up."

After hanging up, Si Heng looked toward the beautiful woman across the dinner table with bright red lips and teeth, "Miss Su, sorry, I've got an emergency, can't take you home."

Su Yue shrugged, "No worries, go ahead."

Si Heng smiled, "Miss Su, you might want to consider my proposal. It's mutually beneficial for both of us."

Su Yue smiled and nodded, "Okay, I'll think about it."

Watching Si Heng get up and leave, she picked up her phone to message An Yan: The guy I had a blind date with today started by bringing up marriage, saying it would save us both from future dating troubles. What do you think about his proposal?

After waiting quite a while, there was no response.

Su Yue glanced at the time and her lips curled up mischievously; remembering An Yan's plans for the evening, if successful, she should be busy in bed by now.

A person who should be busy in bed was currently being held by Fu Shiyan as they entered the elevator.

An Yan tilted her head back to bite the man's tough Adam's apple, "Younger Uncle, what's this? Why is it so hard?"

Fu Shiyan's Adam's apple rolled, "You, don't talk!"

The elevator doors opened on the twelfth floor, and Fu Shiyan carried her out, stopping in front of room 1201 to enter the code.

With a beep, the door opened.

Just as Fu Shiyan had brought her inside, An Yan jumped down from his arms and then onto him, her legs tightly wrapped around the man's strong waist.

She buried her face in his neck, "Younger Uncle, I feel especially hot."

Fu Shiyan resisted the urge to throw her off and coaxed her, "Get down first."

An Yan wouldn't get down; she directly kissed the man's neck, her lips slightly pursed, making a popping sound.

Fu Shiyan breathed heavily, his muscular chest heaving, "An Yan, get down!"

An Yan sniffled, her black eyes looking into his peachy ones, "Does Younger Uncle dislike me?"

"Not dislike, but this isn't right."

Silver moonlight streamed through the spotlessly clean floor-to-ceiling windows, bringing a sliver of brightness into the dim room.

Fu Shiyan looked at the girl's tear-filled deer-like eyes and couldn't bear to be harsh, as he couldn't blame her for her actions tonight.

"Si Heng will be here soon, just hang in there." he said, worrying she might fall, he supported her by her hips and walked to the couch, "Come down, be good."

An Yan obediently did as told, curling up on the couch like a little cat forsaken, emitting a low, unbearable groan.

Fu Shiyan took off his suit jacket, pulled a cigarette from the pack in his pocket, and lit it.

Scarlet flames lit up, adding a touch of brightness to the dim room.

He went to the window and called Si Heng, "Where are you?"

"Downstairs, coming up now."

Two minutes later, Si Heng walked in with a medical kit.

In the vast living room, only the corner floor lamp was on.

He joked, "Saving electricity?"

Fu Shiyan just didn't want An Yan's current state to be too clearly exposed to other men, he felt somewhat irritated, "Less nonsense!"

Si Heng smacked his lips, looking at the girl on the couch who had reached her limit, he frowned, stood up, and looked at Fu Shiyan, "The effects have been ongoing for a while, she needs to have her stomach pumped, but it won't provide immediate relief." Si Heng clicked his tongue, "Who the hell did this? Such a dirty trick!"

An Yan inwardly sighed, Thank you, my ancestors, can you say something useful?

Fu Shiyan asked, "Is there nothing else we can do?"

Si Heng grinned mischievously, "You."

"Nonsense!"

"The man's not married, and the woman isn't either..." Si Heng suddenly realized something was off, "Wait, who is this girl? Don't tell me she's married?"

"Chenyu's ex-fiancée."

Si Heng's eyes flashed with surprise, "How did she become the ex-fiancée? That An Yan? And she calls you Younger Uncle! What's going on here?"

Listening to Si Heng's barrage of questions, Fu Shiyan grew impatient, "Is there a way to deal with this or not?"

"No, we can only try a cold bath first, but with her petite frame, she might not last long."

"Get lost!"

Si Heng's mouth twitched, a classic case of exploiting and then discarding!

He mischievously smiled, "Should I buy you a pack on my way out?"
