Shi Niannian pushed the card back, "Big brother, I can't take your card. I have enough money for expenses."
Shi Xinghe's face flickered with displeasure, "Take it, if I give it to you, I didn't realize mom gave you so little pocket money."
"I really don't need it," Shi Niannian insisted on refusing; she had no intention of taking the Shi family's money again. "I don't spend much usually, and if I ever need anything, I'll ask you."
Hearing Shi Niannian say this, Shi Xinghe put away the card, "If you need help, you must tell me."
Shi Niannian obediently agreed, and she let Shi Xinghe continue to order, who casually picked a few less expensive dishes.
When the dishes were served, a few dishes occupied the entire table. Shi Xinghe was a bit surprised; he hadn't expected such cheap dishes to come in such large portions, and two dishes would have been sufficient for the two of them.
He chided Shi Niannian, "The portions are so large, why didn't you tell me?"
