Su Mu's hesitation was all too visible to Jiang Bei, and just as she was about to say something, she suddenly noticed that the clothes Su Mu was wearing seemed to be the same ones she had worn at their meeting in the hospital the day before. She frowned slightly and asked,

Su Mu looked up at Jiang Bei and, after a moment, nodded in admission.
Jiang Bei was surprised because no one knew Su Mu better than she did. To imagine Su Mu not returning home for the night, and not even spending it at her place, the chances were as slim as Mars colliding with Earth—unless...

Jiang Bei, sensing something was amiss, knew that even if Su Mu didn't speak, she would find a way to learn the truth. Su Mu closed her eyes and recounted everything that had happened to her the day before to Jiang Bei, who rose from the sofa in shock:
"You and Wen Han... slept together?"
Su Mu shook her head:
"Just slept, nothing happened."
