Jacquelyn felt like she had stepped into a whole new world. She watched her mother by the corner pricing something, and when she looked closer, it was a baby's cloth.
"Isn't the price too much?" the young queen whispered to the store owner.
Jacquelyn noticed her mother's olive skin and her curious blue eyes that moved from one good to another. She wanted to run to her and hug her, cry her eyes out, and smile too, but she didn't want to startle her.
"Fine, if you'll give me a hairpiece too and a shoe, I'll take it all for the same price," Queen Anne said with a smile.
The store owner frowned, tired of the customer that was trying to stress her so early in the morning. "Look, lady- wait... you look familiar."
Anne remembered she had forgotten to cover her face properly. She did it immediately with a shawl on her neck. "What? I don't know who you're talking about."
