Patmmon stood there staring at the scattered pieces of Stillwort's body. Her face had no expression, whether she was angry or pleased. Nobody knew; she just stared.

"He had potential," the demon muttered. "I should immortalize him... or not."

Kael dusted his body and stood up. He was done with two paths, meaning he would soon be going to the third. It had been one hell of a mission, but he was sure he'd return to Morville soon. And if what the devil had told him was the truth, Jacquelyn wouldn't miss him that much, as it won't be long before he returns.

"How do I leave this place?" Kael interrupted the demon, who was focused on mourning her slave.

Patmmon turned her head around. "You made a deal with the devil to leave this place, didn't you?" She chuckled.
