Disturbing the peace

"Something is wrong, get dressed Lithe."

Even though he heard Zen's voice there was no urgency to move on his part.

Unhurried, Lithe could barely move, he felt so exhausted and the rainy weather just made him want to go back to sleep.

Lithe stared back at Zen in confusion.

Zen looked at him. "Other than you, no one else is stupid to come near my domain during my time of rut. The fact that one of my people dares, means they have no choice but to seek my help."

Zen got up from off the bed to retrieve his pants while Lithe eyes raked over his lover's naked body, the firm tush, the flat six pack and taut hamstrings.

"Stop!" At Zen's shout the banging on the door ceased upon hearing that hoarse command.

Zen opened the door and Hamil looked fearful, still hesitant he did not dare to enter the attic just stayed by the door frame with his eyes lowered.
