"Which school did you go to growing up, Audrey?" Luna Myla asked, taking me off guard with her question. I went quiet, not knowing how to answer her. I didn't even go to school. Even the idea of suggesting it wasn't allowed by my mother. It was one of the reasons why I was thankful for the fact that I could both read and write.

"I didn't go to school, Luna." I said, and she raised an eyebrow.

"I can read, write, and even do math. I studied a few things, I used to read the books of a few of the pack members. I'm not illiterate, you can rest assured." I said, stopping Miley who raised an eyebrow at me. She smiled, and I nodded, thankful that she didn't get angry with the way that I spoke to her.
