I watched as Liana helped Audrey sit after Marcus and Amelia left the room.

She didn't say a word nor did she look up from the ground as she tried to fight back the tears that almost fell from her eyes.

Her heart raced, and though she didn't say a word, I could tell that she was scared as hell.

"We are going to need to fix your makeup. Don't worry, I'll be sure…"

"Can you leave the two of us?" I asked, stopping Liana who frowned in confusion.

"I said a word, Liana." I said, stopping my sister. She looked at me for a second too long before she nodded as she got up from the couch to walk out of the room. I looked at Audrey for a few seconds, the woman sat on the couch, not looking at me, hell, I didn't even know whether or not she was mentally here with me.
