Audrey:
I did not know whether to appreciate what Vladimir had done or to find it as rude towards the woman. All I know is this, the fact that he stood by my side was something that I was thankful for. However, I had wished that he would allow me to at least taking charge of whatever I was going to do to at least give me a chance to deal with them.
"You're bothered." Vladimir stated, looking me in the eye. I shook my head and smiled, giving him the best smile that I could muster. It was not like me to be ungrateful, and I knew that I was wrong with what I was doing. However, I couldn't help the doubt that I felt, the pain that I felt and the neglecting option that I felt from him.
"I'm not. I just have a lot on my mind, that's all" I said, looking him in the eye. I did my best to stay calm and he raised an eyebrow at me before taking a step towards me. He cupped my cheeks, making me look him in the eye, and I smiled before looking away from him.
