Only Longing.

Bale.

Jealousy…

I could see it in his eyes.

He wasn't mad because I protected Chloe. He was mad because I touched her.

There was a bitter tension hanging between us. I could practically feel the anger reverberating around him, his sharp eyes narrowed as if he wanted to say something but couldn't find the words.

Instead, we just stood there in that hallway in silence, allowing just our eyes to do the talking.

And just then, Jordan strolled in. He was the first to break the silence.

He walked into the hallway, with a frown on his face and his hands in the pocket of his black leather pants. For some reasons, he had been in a bad mood.

His gaze trailed to Aiden and his frown deepened, and without a word, he reached for Chloe's arm.

She looked back and forth between I and Aiden, her lips parting as if she was about to ask something, but Jordan was already pulling her away.
