Chapter 3. Delsu again

After mom and I got back from the market,I used a big bag to arrange my stuff. Then as for my clothes I arranged them in my travelling box. The things I was carrying was enough for two families alone.

I'm so excited for Uni. I made sure to buy the dress code for medicine. It's now or never.

I plan on getting married immediately after school. I hope God grants my answers.

The next morning...

I woke up very early today. Because I'm going to delsu. It has been my dream school since secondary school. I was sure to let my friends know that I'll be going to school today.

They were some hateful comments like ' go nau shuu, did we hold you '

I ignored them. Probably it's because most of them haven't been given admission.

" Mommy, yetunde, I'm ready ooo"I said as I struggled to carry my baggage down the stairs all by myself.

So you have forgotten how warri traffic can be ? Ehnn. "Mommy said.

That was how we both went down the stairs to the car because of the things we were carrying.

I was bubbling with excitement.

So we got into the car. Mom was driving. I've been to abraka but it was only once.

The drive from our house took one hour thirty minutes because of the bad road. Immediately we reached abraka I texted Anita who said that she and her dad were in the school already.

" Mommy , Anita and her dad are already waiting for us."

We tried driving faster but the bikes were just too much on the road.

When we drove into the school I started taking videos of the school that I'd later use to do a TikTok challenge.

I was so happy. We spotted Anita's dads car parked outside the convocation arena.

Anita and I started crying with joy . Then we went ahead to make videos of ourselves and families.

Mom was talking to a lecturer that was doing screening.

"The first thing you guys have to do is to pay for their accomodation before there's no room left. "The man said .

With that being said we all drove together to the female hotel. It was very big. I'm guessing the don't allow washing machine here. We made payments and settled in. Anita and I didn't get to be roommates but we were close by.

"Sir what do we do next."

"Screening starts tomorrow. So you take keke to the faculty of medicine and surgery. Then you go to the hods office and start your screenings. After that is done you take your files and go to the other campus to get your medical card, jamb admission letter and arrange it. After it has been arranged and signed by the hods, you keep the remaining files safely with you. Nothing must happen to those files "

Okay sir. Anita and I chorused.

I'll miss you guys. Yetunde said while crying.

God abeg ooo, why is this evil girl crying . Anita said.

Maybe she really misses us.
