Bezal

"How can I help a henchman from Hellrazer?"

Despite his obvious Predictiment, Bezal kept his tone smooth, his demeanor calm.

Rice grasped the back of Garet's chair. Yanking him back.

"Greenhorn take this."

Tyler took the chair dragging the bound Garet back. Bezal gave Tyler a look. "Greenhorn? Oh ho..ho.. henchman, you'd bring a dog with you to your jobs now?"

"Hey doggie do me a favor and kill Garet for me~"

Bezal full of malice suggested to Tyler. The suggestion did sound.. Nice. However what Bezal didn't account for was the fact Hellrazers weren't normal. I mean nobody is normal in Dezer, but Hellrazers were especially different. I mean their strength drew from hell itself. The home of this little imp. So his words went unheard.

Much to his surprise. He assumed the number of letters also worked towards how many immunities and resistances they would have. He isn't wrong to think that, many in dezer think so.

Misinformation is a strong defense, Hellrazer came with all of the immunities and resistances upon receiving their first letter. This w9uld stick with them until they reach their high potential. The difference was how much of it they could handle.

Which was indictive to how much power they could hold.

Tyler as a two letter had a strong resistance to mental interference. Infact earlier when Bezal's right hand used their psychic power to pressure Rice, it naturally involved Tyler, just Rice was the immediate threat.

That said though Tyler felt weighted, it wasn't crushing. His resistance ate away at that energy with his own hellish energy.

He untied Garet, checking his shoulder. The person in question glad Rice had done that. He was so close to finishing his word. Which would have psychologically killed him.

Though now he felt with a terrible pain.

"hey, eyes on me imp boy. Iv come to inspect your contract with the man named Garet, whom you commited kidnapping on to bring here."

Bezal tsked "I didn't think you Hellrazers were goodie two shoes."

Rice hiccuped "humpt"

"I'm not, I'm here for the contract not your other crimes. Now let's see that contract"

Bezal refused to give it up, but Rice opened his palm upwards, the contract appearing in his hand. He tossed it up, unraveling the parchment. It's black letters seemingly eating the light.

The contract burned up into ash, leaving behind the words whom now glowed with a firey whisk.

Rice read it out loud to Bezal. "As per arbiter, here is the contracts contents. I, Garet Feilds, would willingly give up my entire life's experiences for the currency of life. Despite the consequences I hereby forfeit that experience to Bezal."

Before was a blood written signature.

"Bezal, on behalf of The Hellrazer Organization as a three letter. I hereby judge you with the crime of forging an illegal contract, forcing another into an unwilling contract and finally committing crime of personality wipe. May the Eclipse courts in tandem with hell give you a fair trial."

"as for this contract? I deem it void."

Upon finishing the contracts words Shattered, a banshee cry echoed as Bezal was forcefully imprinted in his seat his eyes rolling up into his head as he screamed. Contract breaks imparted punishment on the issuer, especially when judged and voided by a Hellrazer.

Because this is a demon, Rice yanked his hand down. The unseen chains gaining tangibility roared with hellish fire. Mincing Bezal into cubes and eventually ash. A strong sense of sulfer encompassed the space.

"Are you done?"

A woman's voice said behind him. He glanced back over his shoulder. A pale white lady in a crimson dress, several guards situated around her.

Tsking Rice turned to face her. "Yes"

She scowled at him "then kindly release my guard"

Rice glanced over to where her gaze flickered to. The vampire guard that had attacked him had heeded his advice. He's been plastered to the floor ever since.

"Ah, I forgot about you."

Rice relinquished and the vampire could stand again.

"Alright now get out, I don't need a Hellrazer stinking up my club."

"Sure but riddle me this, why was a nightclub manager helping a criminal of contracts? You knew he commited these crimes and you'd draw our attention here."

Scowling again, infact wait that might be her actual fixed expression. She responded with a dismissive air. "Mutual benefit, we are allowed such power. Don't forget that. Now get out.. or do we have to make you?" she said with a mocking air.

Rice grinned at her and her guard who seemed to lean in. "Oh i wouldn't try that, self defense is a bitch when a hellrazer get involved."

Rices eyes burned so brightly it shone dimly through his sunglasses. Like small torches.

The jingle of chains echoed.

The lady manager like a Karen crossed her arms, her own glare intensifying.

The only saving grace.. "uh sir, we have to get Garet to the hospital and we still have more cases remember?"

Rice relented "yea your right let's go greenhorn. Oh and Vannessa, if you don't stop messin with illegal dealers. I don't care if your apart of highrise we will come knocking."

The atmosphere was tense. But eventually they made their way out. The drive to the hospital was quiet aside from handing Garet a wade of cash to handle the pay for getting that fixed.

On the way back to Hellrazer HQ Tyler couldn't help but ask. "Sir, what happened back there?"

He had heard of disputes between the factions, but not so intense that a fight was about to break out.

Rice in deep thought didn't answer for a while. Until they neared the HQ. "Highrise don't get along with us as they do with Azura Bank. Some of their transactions are illegal and cross into our territory of jurisdiction. That said they don't appreciate our meddling and often there are small disputes. Or like how you saw."

Tyler could understand now but.. "Sir, you instigated that. Do you have issues with that manager"

Rice only responded with "mm"

Before pulling into the parking lot. "you fo on home Greenhorn. I'll pick you up in the morning and show you a few new tricks of the trade."

Tyler nodded "can't wait sir, at least that's one abnormal case out of the way."

Rice gave him a bewildered look "Abnormal? What? No, that was a normal case. Tomorrow, we will be dealing with an abnormal case. The weeping tree out in Grimroot needs some help involving contracts. So be you best go get yourself some medicines. Grab extra we both are going to need them."

Tyler paled.. wha.. oh fuck..
