Chapter Fifty-six: The wedding day.

The sun rose gently on the morning of Soo Jeon and Min Jun's wedding, casting a soft glow over the city that seemed to shimmer with anticipation. Soo Jeon awoke to the sounds of her bridesmaids bustling around the room, their excitement infectious as they prepared for the day ahead. The room was filled with laughter, the rustle of fabric, and the clinking of glasses as they toasted to Soo Jeon's big day.

As Soo Jeon sat in front of the mirror, her hair and makeup artists fussing over the final touches, she couldn't help but feel a flutter of nerves. She looked at her reflection, her heart racing with a mix of excitement and disbelief. She was dressed in a delicate white gown, adorned with lace and soft tulle that flowed gracefully around her. She felt like she was floating, her heart full and light.

"Take a deep breath, Soo Jeon," her best friend whispered, squeezing her hand. "Today is your day. You're going to be the most beautiful bride."

In another room, Min Jun stood surrounded by his groomsmen. His best friend patted him on the back, cracking jokes to keep the mood light. Min Jun straightened his tie, glancing at his reflection in the mirror. He looked sharp in his tailored suit, but it was the thought of seeing Soo Jeon that made his heart pound. He took a deep breath, trying to calm the butterflies in his stomach."

You ready?" his best friend asked, a teasing smile on his face. "Because there's no turning back now."

Min Jun laughed, feeling a surge of warmth. "I've never been more ready."

The ceremony venue was breathtaking, set in a lush garden adorned with soft pastels and elegant floral arrangements. Guests filled the seats, the air buzzing with excitement. As the music began to play, all eyes turned towards the aisle, where Soo Jeon appeared, radiant and serene. Min Jun's breath caught in his throat as he watched her, his eyes welling with tears.

Step by step, Soo Jeon walked towards Min Jun, her eyes locked with his. Each step felt like a dream, a slow-motion moment that she wished would never end. When she finally reached him, Min Jun took her hand, his touch gentle and reassuring."

You look beautiful," he whispered, his voice choked with emotion.

Soo Jeon smiled, her heart swelling with love. "And you look perfect."

The officiant began the ceremony, but for Soo Jeon and Min Jun, the world seemed to fade away. They exchanged vows, each word resonating with the love and commitment they felt for one another. Soo Jeon promised to stand by Min Jun through every joy and challenge, to support his dreams, and to love him unconditionally. Min Jun promised to cherish Soo Jeon, to be her rock, and to build a future filled with love and laughter.

As they exchanged rings, a wave of emotion washed over them. They were finally here, in this moment that they had dreamed of for so long. With a final declaration, the officiant pronounced them husband and wife. Min Jun leaned in, capturing Soo Jeon in a tender kiss that was met with cheers and applause from their guests.

The reception was a celebration of joy and love. The tables were adorned with delicate flowers and soft candlelight, creating an intimate and warm atmosphere. During dinner, Soo Jeon excused herself and slipped away, leaving Min Jun curious. Moments later, the lights dimmed, and soft music filled the room. Soo Jeon appeared in the center, her ballet attire replacing her wedding dress, and began a solo performance.

Every movement was graceful, each step a tribute to their journey. The dance was a reflection of their love, filled with elegance, passion, and emotion. As Soo Jeon twirled and leapt, Min Jun watched in awe, his heart swelling with pride and love. When the performance ended, the room erupted in applause, and Min Jun couldn't contain his tears."

That was beautiful," he whispered, pulling Soo Jeon into a tight embrace. "Thank you."

Soo Jeon smiled, her cheeks flushed with happiness. "I wanted to give you something special, just like you've given me.

"The night continued with heartfelt toasts from friends and family. Min Jun's parents took the stage, expressing their joy and formally welcoming Soo Jeon into the family. There was a sense of unity and warmth, a feeling that everything had finally come together. Soo Jeon's father spoke next, his voice filled with pride as he shared his hopes for their future.

As the evening wore on, Soo Jeon and Min Jun shared their first dance as husband and wife. The world seemed to fade away as they moved together, lost in each other's eyes. It was a perfect moment, one that they would carry in their hearts forever

.Later, as the celebration continued around them, Soo Jeon and Min Jun slipped away to a quiet spot under the night sky. The stars above twinkled softly, and the cool breeze carried the faint sounds of laughter and music from the reception.

Min Jun pulled Soo Jeon close, resting his forehead against hers. "This is just the beginning," he whispered, his voice filled with promise. "Our forever starts now."

Soo Jeon smiled, her heart full. "And I can't wait for every moment of it."

As the night drew to a close, Min Jun and Soo Jeon made their exit, surrounded by cheers and a shower of petals. They waved goodbye, their hands clasped tightly together as they stepped into the next chapter of their lives. As they drove away, the world felt full of possibilities, and they knew that whatever came next, they would face it together, side by side.
