Who let this hyperactive shota in one of the nicest classes? He should NOT be there.

This is basically Kokichi Ouma in Classroom of the Elite. I found it strange that nobody had this idea yet, because he is honestly one of the best characters from the Danganronpa franchise (at best I've only seen an Izuru in COTE but that's it). Kokichi Ouma was also carrying V3. His plan was a masterpiece.
