A cute little Parasite?.

Seth is a Sixteen year old boy who is in world that is run by ability users, When he was a child seth was happy to see what his abilities were, But reality is often cruel even to a child.

It was stated he had no abilities which made him a target to bullying, his parents were famous scientists and they love him deeply.

But some people do not like that he is a powerless child to two influential and powerful scientist. As of now he is being bullied.

"Oh look it's little mister powerless, why don't you stay and talk" One of the boys in his class has the ability to create fire, now he is being bullied by him. Seth had brown hair and light green eyes. The boy in front of him has red hair and orange burning eyes.

Seth sighed and looked at the ground. "What is it, Jake?" he asked, his voice resigned. He knew that trying to stand up for himself would only make things worse.

Jake smirked, a small flame dancing on his fingertip. "Just wanted to remind you of your place," he sneered. "A nobody with no powers. You're lucky your parents are who they are, or you'd be even less than that."

The other students in the hallway snickered, enjoying the show. Seth felt his face flush with humiliation. He clenched his fists, wishing more than anything that he could do something, anything to stop this. But there was nothing he could do.

"Come on, leave him alone," a girl's voice called out. It was Emily, one of the few people who didn't treat Seth like an outcast. She had the ability to manipulate water, and her eyes were a striking blue. "You're just being a bully, Jake."

Jake rolled his eyes. "Stay out of this, Emily. Unless you want to join him?"

Emily stepped forward, her gaze steady. "Just leave him be. You've had your fun."

Jake hesitated, the flame on his finger flickering. He seemed to weigh his options before finally scoffing and extinguishing the fire. "Whatever. You're not worth my time," he said, shoving Seth back as he turned away.

Seth stumbled but managed to balance himself, wincing slightly from earlier injuries inflicted by some other bullies. He sighed, grateful for Emily's intervention but frustrated by his own helplessness. He avoided eye contact with the other students as they dispersed, returning to their conversations and routines.

Emily walked over to him, concern etched on her face. "Are you okay?" she asked softly, her voice filled with genuine worry.

Seth nodded, forcing a weak smile. "Yeah, thanks. I'm used to it."

Emily frowned. "You shouldn't have to be. It's not fair how they treat you."

Seth shrugged, his eyes distant. "Fairness doesn't seem to matter much around here."

As they walked to their next class, Emily continued to talk to Seth, trying to lift his spirits. Despite her efforts, Seth felt a heavy weight in his chest, a constant reminder of his powerlessness in a world dominated by power.

Later that afternoon, Seth went home, his body aching from the day's abuse. He headed to his parents' lab, seeking the first aid box to tend to his wounds. As he rummaged through the cluttered shelves, his hand brushed against a small, sharp object. He looked down to see a strange, spiked seed nestled among his parents' research materials.

"Ow!" he exclaimed as the needle-like protrusion scratched his skin. Blood welled up from the cut and dripped onto the seed. Almost instantly, the seed began to change, sprouting and wrapping around his hand. Seth watched in awe and fear as the plant seemed to merge with him, sending tendrils into his veins.

Pain surged through his body, Seth gritted his teeth and ran towards his room. as the transformation continued. He slammed the door shut and collapsed onto his bed, clutching his hand. The plant's tendrils pulsed with an otherworldly energy, spreading through his arm and into his chest.

After what felt like an eternity, the pain subsided, leaving Seth drenched in sweat and trembling. Suddenly he heard something near his ear. "This would have been easier if you didn't resist" he heard a grumpy girlish voice, suddenly he felt a small movement on his shoulder.

He turned his head to see a tiny green figure sitting on his soldier. The figure had the appearance of a miniature girl with roots as legs growing out of his shoulders.

The two stared at each other for a while. "Uhh, Hello i am what you would call a parasite and a plant…according to your memories, Anyways i am a new and freshly born creature and i demand for a name~"

The parasite cheerfully said with a hand raised, for some reason Seth did not feel scared at all. "huh, So you know nothing about yourself or why you're here?" Seth asked, his curiosity piqued despite the surreal situation.

The tiny figure shrugged. "Not much, just what I picked up from you. But I know we're connected now. You fed me with your blood, so I'm part of you. We're going to be partners!"

Seth poked her tiny face with his finger. "Hey!, stop that" Her tiny hands were quite small compared to his finger as she tried to push it back.

Seth laughed, he didn't know what to feel. "Well i am not good at naming others, how about Ivy?"

"No?!"

"Rose?"

"Come on can you at least be original?"

"Uhm…what about Thally?"

"…Fine"

In the end she agreed and then moved to sit on his head. "So Thally, Why exactly did you uhm…well merge with me" Seth asked with an akward smile.

Thally puffed her cheeks. "hmph, well i was going to eat you whole…but you have a strange body, so i just turned half of you into a plant and now we have a parasitic relationship, Our mind is one, our body is one, we are connected" Her voice was soft yet he felt a chill crawl up to his spine.

"Well that sounds like news i wouldn't want to hear, So i am part plant?, can i absorb sunlight?, do i go through mitosis…" He questioned a lot.

Thally blinked and stopped going through his memories. "Slow down there, yes you actually can absorb sunlight and you might find yourself needing it, considering I'll need to sustain both of us. As for mitosis, not quite the same as plant cells, but our connection does allow for some interesting abilities and growth."

Seth was amazed and yet a bit scared? but he doesn't really feel creeped out by it. "Do you want me to put you inside a pot?" The question suddenly came out of his mouth.

Thally crawled onto his arm, her small face looked at him incredulously. "I don't need a pot but it could be a solution if i split from you and rest in it..well i don't actually mind having a pot" She blinked at the sudden idea.

"What do you mean split?" Seth asked curiously. "Oh i meant i can leave your body while still being able to communicate with you, it's like i am in two places at once, it's part of my abilities as a plant of course" She explained.

"Cool i guess, I think my parents biologically created you, but since they didn't get a reaction from you, i think they gave up on that project" Thally then lay down on his hand. "Maybe, but i am hungry right now, so feed me!!" She suddenly said as she hit her arms on his arm.

Seth laughed at her actions. "What do you eat beside me of course". Thally then stood up and made a pair of legs. "Give me some insects or something like that, i am a carnivorous plant" She then walked up to his elbow and sat there.

"Oh so like a venus fly trap…Well my parents should have a few grasshoppers they usually keep for their lizard, they will come back in two days though" he said with a small sigh.

Seth carefully made his way to the small terrarium where his parents kept the grasshoppers. He opened the lid and gently picked up a couple of the insects.

After that he returned back to his room and sat down on his bed. "So do i just put them in your mouth or…?"

"Yes now feed me" Seth held out the grasshoppers towards Thally, who eagerly grabbed them and devoured them whole. Her tiny mouth moved with surprising speed, and within moments, the insects were gone. She patted her belly and smiled up at him.

"Ah, much better! Thank you, Seth," Thally said, her tiny eyes gleaming with satisfaction.

Seth watched in fascination. "You are a little glutton aren't you" he said pushing her cheeks with his finger again. "Hey stuup!!, that isn't fun" She angrily tried to push his finger away.

"Should i pull your cheeks instead?" Seth chuckled as he watched Thally's miniature hands attempt to fend off his finger. The tiny plant creature was strangely endearing, and despite the bizarre situation, she provided a distraction from the pain and loneliness he often felt.

As he was thinking he suddenly felt something sharp sinking into his finger, Seth yelped in surprise and pulled his finger back, a tiny drop of blood forming where Thally had bitten him.

"Ow! What was that for?" he asked, shaking his hand.

Thally crossed her tiny arms and looked up at him defiantly. "That's what you get for poking me! I have teeth, you know!"

Seth chuckled, despite the sting in his finger. "Noted. No more poking the carnivorous plant."

Thally seemed satisfied with his response and settled back down on his shoulder. "So, what's the plan now?" she asked, her tone curious.

Seth had complicated feelings. "Don't know, but i think i should lay low for a while, by the way i'll go shopping for your plant pot tomorrow" he said reminding her.

"Well ok, anyways you need to sleep because i have not stored any sunlight, so you may lose more energy without rest," Thally advised, her tone shifting to a more serious one.

Seth then lay down on his bed and closed his eyes. "Good night Thally"

Thally went back into his body. 'Good night' She said replying in his mind.

The night was peaceful and quiet, Seth had a good dream, he felt better than he was a few days ago. The next morning, he woke up and went into the bathroom.

He sleepily washed his teeth in front of the mirror. "Good Morning?!" He suddenly spit the water in his mouth into the sink.

"Holy shit it wasn't a dream" He said looking at Thally who was on top of his head. She pursed her lips and narrowed her small eyes. "Hmmm, Maybe i should have just kept quiet" She said.

"Ah, sorry Thally Good Morning to you too" He said giving her an apologetic smile.

"Hmph, you are lucky we are now together, so you can continue brushing your teeth now" Seth did as she said, After that he took off his clothes nad decided to bath. Upon putting on the shower, Thally who was on his head seemed to enjoy the touch of the droplets.

Thally seemed to revel in the sensation of the water, her tiny roots twitching with delight. "Ahh, this feels amazing! It's like a refreshing shower for me too," she said with a hint of excitement.

Seth chuckled, careful not to jostle her too much. "I'm glad you're enjoying it. I guess I'll have to get used to having a little plant on my head."

Thallu thought for a moment. "i don't know, you are the host and i am the guest or in another way, you are the main part and i am the second"

Seth smiled as he brushed his hair, Thally moved to his shoulder. "Well i have to go to school today and i guess you have to hide"
