A strange day

After coming back from their hike, Helen and William took Seth to a restaurant, and now they were sitting. "Dad, are you sure it's okay for Thally to stay in the open?"

William looked at him with a strange smile. "Well, of course, she is a part of your ability after all" he gave Seth a small wink.

Seth looked at his mother, the wiser parent. "It's fine honey, there are a lot of people who got their abilities much later, so we could just say that, now let's eat" She reassured him with a small pat on his head.

Thally looked happy. "Hehe, My glorious self is finally revealing itself to the world."

Seth pinched her cheeks. "You are like 2 days old" Thally did not like that and bit on his finger, her teeth were sharper than he remembered. "Ow your teeth are sharper" After taking his hand away from her she humphed and ignored him.

"She's like your little sister," Helen said laughing at the duo. "Technically she is," William said with a proud smile.

"Don't be proud dad, if she didn't come in contact with me, she would have eaten a poor lad and could very much become an alpha-ranked threat, but you are still proud of that huh" His dad genuinely didn't even flinch when he said she had the potential to become Alpha.

"Alpha levels have never been seen and if they were, they would have control over an entire planet or just devour it," he said with a reassuring smile.

"hmm sure," He said with an awkward smile. Seth's mother looked at the menu. "Okay enough talking, let's order some food."

After eating the three went back home.

(Yalens POV)

"WOOO?!, This is the type of excitement I like," Yalen said as he delivered a punch to a panther-like beast, his vibrations destroyed its bones.

"Ah finally killed them all" Around him inside the cave were the corpses of multiple B-ranks and some cranks.

As he was resting he suddenly felt a strange vibrational wave, it felt like a wide-ranged tracker, he turned around to see a girl with strange-looking eyes and a tail that had a blue flame on it.

"hmm, intelligent life? Species Human?, Interesting, may I ask where you came from 'Human', you don't look like the ones we have captured in our star sectors, but then again you seem different from other humans" The girl smiled, Yalen had a huge grin on his face.

"So it's your fault my camera stopped working, it would be my first time fighting an alien" Suddenly Yalens gauntlets vibrated, and his entire body became a vibrating phenomenon.

Yalen's body resonated with energy as his gauntlets amplified the vibrations. He faced the alien creature with a mix of excitement and readiness. The girl with the flame-tipped tail watched him with curious eyes, her blue flame casting eerie shadows on the cave walls.

"So, you're a fighter, huh?" the girl said, her voice tinged with amusement. "I'm not here to fight, but if you insist on it, I'll be more than happy to oblige."

Yalen's grin widened. "I've always wanted to test my abilities against a new species. Let's see what you've got."

The alien's eyes flickered with a blend of curiosity and challenge. She extended her hand, and the blue flame from her tail flared up, revealing a shimmering aura that surrounded her. Yalen could sense the heat and power emanating from her.

Without warning, the alien darted forward, moving with an almost imperceptible speed. Yalen reacted instinctively, sending out a series of rapid vibrations to disrupt her trajectory. The cave around them trembled as the vibrations rippled through the space.

The alien girl deftly dodged the vibrations, her movements fluid and graceful. She launched a series of fire-infused strikes that Yalen barely managed to evade with his enhanced reflexes. The clash of their abilities created a stunning display of energy and force, echoing through the cavern.

"You're quite skilled," Yalen admitted, panting slightly. "But let's see how you handle this."

He concentrated his energy into a powerful, focused vibration, sending a shockwave toward the alien. The ground quaked, and the air itself seemed to ripple with the force of the attack.

The alien girl countered with a barrier of blue flame, deflecting the shockwave with ease. She smirked, clearly enjoying the challenge. "Impressive. But you'll have to do better if you want to keep up."

Yalen chuckled, invigorated by the challenge. "Gladly. I've been itching for a real fight."

The battle continued each combatant testing the limits of their abilities. Yalen's vibrations were met with the alien's agile maneuvers and fiery attacks, creating a dynamic and thrilling confrontation.

Meanwhile, in the background, the cave's vibrations caused subtle changes in the environment. The intense energy from their battle had started to shift the balance of the cave, causing stalactites to tremble and loose rocks to shift.

The alien girl, sensing the changing conditions, decided to end the skirmish. She leaped back, her tail glowing brighter. "Alright, I think that's enough for now. You're quite the fighter. But I have other matters to attend to."

Yalen, though slightly disappointed, nodded in respect. "I'll look forward to our next encounter."

With a final wave of her hand, the alien girl's flame flickered and she vanished into the shadows, leaving Yalen alone amidst the wreckage of the cavern.

"Well, that was something," Yalen said to himself, catching his breath. "I'll need to report this encounter. Who knows what else is out here?"

(??? Pov's)

The Alien girl walked out of the cave with a thoughtful look. "Humans who have abilities and advanced technology, hmm this could be good or bad, but it's not my position to agree"

She threw a small device on the ground, a portal back to her planet.

As she stepped through it, someone similar to her appearance was standing in front of her, the woman had a single horn and her tail was the same as the girl. "Serid, Your activity on that planet was longer than usual."

She rolled her eyes. "I was dealing with a monster, and a strange human"

The woman raised an eyebrow. "How so?"

"Well that human had advanced technology that doesn't look like ours and there's also the strange abilities he used, the ability to control vibrations," She said with a predatory smile.

"Hmm, that means they are in another star system…it may be good to ally with them, but if they are weak there is no reason to let them be, so conquering their world isn't a bad suggestion," The horned woman said.

Serid nodded, her blue flame flickering with anticipation. "Yes, and I believe this could be an opportunity. If their technology and abilities are advanced, allying might be beneficial. However, if they prove to be a threat, we should be prepared to act decisively."

The horned woman considered this for a moment, then said, "Agreed. I'll initiate a detailed analysis of their technology and abilities. We need to determine their potential before deciding on our course of action. Keep a close watch on any further developments."

Serid's eyes glinted with a mix of excitement and caution. "I will. I suggest we send a reconnaissance team to gather more information. We need to ensure we have all the facts before making any strategic decisions."

"Very well," the horned woman said, turning to leave. "Coordinate with the appropriate channels and proceed with caution. The last thing we want is to underestimate or overestimate their capabilities."

As the horned woman walked away, Serid activated a communication device, sending a signal to her superiors. Her thoughts were already racing with possibilities. The encounter with Yalen had opened a new path of intrigue and potential.

Meanwhile, back on Earth, Seth was getting ready for bed, still buzzing from the day's events. He had enjoyed the outing with his parents and was eager to explore the newfound energy and potential of his abilities.

Thally, having returned to her usual spot was contentedly curled up in her container. "Today was fun," she said with a satisfied sigh. "I got to see the world a bit more and even tasted some interesting food."

Seth chuckled, brushing his teeth before bed. "Yeah, it was a good day. I'm curious about what tomorrow will bring."

Thally then thought. "Why don't we try making a seed grow forcefully?"

Seth glanced at her. "Oh so training, well we both don't know what we can do"

"I mean yeah, I am not even that old, but I could do some things naturally too, but I suggest you stay in the sun tomorrow," She said advising him. Seth went towards his bed and sat.

"Why?" He asked her as he placed her in the pot. "Well you need sunlight for energy and it can also slowly increase our strength" Thally said as she settled in.

Seth nodded and lay down on his bed. "Well good night, Thally"

"Good night" The lights turned off and the two went to sleep.
