This is the story of Renji Storm— a former ninja in his previous life who was killed by his own clan after leaving them in search for freedom.

Leveling Up Against the Gods

"Are they any records of the past proceedings? How the kingdom was created and such dating back to long ago?"

"Huh? What's that going to accomplish? We have a serious issue here, rather than wasting time boring ourselves with history lessons, we should be out there trying to stop whatever he's planning." Shane suggested strongly, knowing very well the longer they took to stop the mysterious man, the sooner his treachery will be revealed.

"And how do you stop something that's almost unbeatable? I'm guessing you saw what happened back then." Renji replied with a sigh.

"Right then." Shane said as he pulled open a drawer and brought out a bulky book almost the size of an encyclopedia. "If you're looking for the history of this kingdom well here it is, but you'll only be wasting your time. We ought to be searching for that guy." He stated in an attempt to persuade Renji, but it was of no use.
