Revelation

After entering his room, Marcus guided Charlotte gently to the sofa, motioning for her to sit down. He turned toward the door, catching the attention of the maid who had been quietly lingering nearby.

"You may leave for the night," Marcus said, his tone firm but polite. "And don't disturb us. You can return to your own room."

The maid gave a small nod and hurried out, leaving the two of them alone in the dimly lit room.

Marcus exhaled softly, feeling the weight of the conversation he was about to have bearing down on him. His mind raced, trying to find the right words, while Charlotte sat with a curious smile on her face, oblivious to the tension building in the room.

"So," Charlotte began, her voice soft and affectionate, "what were you up to all day? You disappeared so quickly this morning."

Marcus offered a small smile, trying to act casual. "I was training with Principal Lucian," he replied, taking a seat beside her. "It was a busy day."

"All day?" Charlotte asked, raising an eyebrow. "You didn't take any breaks?"

Marcus nodded. "Yes, it was a long day of training," he said, though his voice carried an underlying unease that Charlotte picked up on.

The room fell silent for a moment, and Marcus's smile slowly faded. His expression grew tense as the conversation he had been dreading came to the forefront of his mind.

He wasn't sure how to proceed. How could he explain his relationship with Erza? How could he convince Charlotte to let him have more womens and he can make build his harem?

As Marcus wrestled with his thoughts, an idea formed in his mind. It wasn't perfect, but it was the best he had. He had to be honest with her if he wanted to build the future he envisioned.

"Charlotte," he said suddenly, his tone shifting to something more serious. "There's something I need to tell you."

The change in his demeanor caught Charlotte's attention. She turned toward him, her smile fading as she noticed the gravity in his voice. She sat up straighter, waiting for him to speak.

Marcus took a deep breath, gathering his thoughts. "Last night, after we… after we slept with each other , I noticed something strange," he began carefully. "I suddenly became stronger."

Charlotte blinked, her brows knitting in confusion. "Stronger? What do you mean?"

"I mean physically and magically stronger," Marcus clarified, his voice steady but tense. "My mana reserves increased, and my control over magic improved. I didn't understand it at first, but I think it has to do with my physique. After we have sex, something changed in me."

Charlotte's eyes widened in disbelief. "Wait, are you saying that by sleeping with me, you… you became stronger?"

"I didn't expect it," Marcus admitted. "It's the first time this has happened, but there's no denying it. I've been different since last night."

For a moment, Charlotte sat in stunned silence, trying to process what she had just heard. Her mind raced as she considered the implications. Marcus had always been powerful, but this? This was beyond anything she had imagined. A new realization dawned on her—as if the world she had known crumbled before her eyes.

"This ability…" Charlotte whispered, almost to herself. "It's like nothing I've ever heard of."

Marcus nodded. "I'm still trying to understand it myself, but I'm certain that by sleeping with you, is what triggered it. My power increased after we were together."

Charlotte's heart raced as she struggled to grasp the enormity of what Marcus was saying. She wasn't just his fiancée anymore—she was someone who could help him grow stronger, someone essential to his future. It was both exhilarating and overwhelming.

But as Marcus looked at her, he realized this was only the beginning. There was something even more difficult he had to reveal—something that could shatter the fragile trust between them.

"There's… something else I need to tell you," Marcus said, his voice softer now.

Charlotte looked up, still dazed by his earlier revelation. "What is it?" she asked, her tone hesitant.

Marcus's heart pounded in his chest. He knew this next part would be painful, but there was no turning back now. He had to be honest with her, no matter the consequences.

"Charlotte," he began slowly, "i am also in a relationship with Professor Erza."

The moment the words left his mouth, Charlotte's expression changed. Her eyes widened in shock, and she stared at him as if she hadn't heard him correctly. Then, her face twisted with a mix of anger and hurt. The tears that welled up in her eyes glistened in the dim light of the room.

"You… what?" Charlotte's voice was barely a whisper, her disbelief evident.

"I didn't want to hide it from you any longer," Marcus said quickly, trying to keep his voice calm, though he could see the pain in her eyes. "Erza and I have been involved for a while now."

Tears began to spill down Charlotte's cheeks as she stood up from the sofa, stepping away from Marcus as if she couldn't bear to be near him. "You said you loved me," she said, her voice trembling with emotion. "You told me that I was the only one…"

"And I do love you," Marcus said, rising to his feet and moving toward her. "I love you, Charlotte. But I also love Erza."

Charlotte's hands balled into fists at her sides, her anger and sorrow bubbling to the surface. "How can you say that? How can you claim to love me and then tell me you love someone else? It doesn't make sense!"

Marcus closed the distance between them, gently taking her hands in his. "Charlotte, listen to me," he said softly, his voice full of sincerity. "My love for you hasn't changed. It never will. But I care for Erza too. I didn't want to lie to you about it."

Charlotte's tears continued to fall, but she didn't pull away from him. Instead, she stared at him with a mixture of sadness and confusion, trying to understand how this could be happening. "I thought i were… I thought i were enough," she whispered.

"You are enough," Marcus said gently, his hands still holding hers. "But things are different now. I've learned more about myself—about my abilities—and I need you to understand that my love for you is real. Just as real as my love for Erza."

Charlotte sniffled, wiping at her eyes with the back of her hand. "But… how? How can you love two people at once?"

Marcus hesitated, knowing this was where he had to tread carefully. In this world polygamy is there and dukes can marry more then one women still they still choose to only marry one women, only the king has married more then one women in the empire. He couldn't tell her about the system and his plans to grow stronger through relationships with multiple women. Not yet. But he could plant the seed of understanding.

"I don't know how to explain it," Marcus said softly. "But I feel deeply for both of you. And I want to build a future where we can all be together."

Charlotte's gaze faltered as she absorbed his words. "All… together?" she repeated.

"Yes," Marcus said firmly. "I'm not asking you to accept this right away. I know it's a lot to process. But I don't want to lose you, Charlotte. I love you too much for that."

He pulled her into a gentle embrace, wrapping his arms around her as she buried her face in his chest. For a few moments, they stood there in silence, Charlotte's tears soaking into his shirt. Marcus held her tightly, feeling the conflict within her.

"I don't know if I can do this," Charlotte whispered after a long pause. "I don't know if I can share you…"

Marcus stroked her hair soothingly. "I'm not asking you to make any decisions right now," he said softly. "Just know that my feelings for you are true. And I'll give you all the time you need."

Charlotte stayed in his arms, her emotions swirling inside her. She didn't know what to think, or how to feel about the revelation that Marcus had another lover. But the warmth of his embrace, the steadiness of his presence, made it hard to stay angry.

"I don't want to lose you either," Charlotte whispered.

"You won't," Marcus promised, holding her close. "I'll always be here for you, Charlotte. No matter what."

As they stood together in the quiet of the room, Marcus's thoughts drifted. He knew this was just the beginning of a much larger plan. He needed Charlotte by his side, but he also needed her to accept the reality of his growing harem. This was a delicate balance—one that would require patience and careful manipulation.

But for now, he had taken the first step.

After this he thought how can leo form his harem in this world.' Really protagonist aura surely is different., i mean just by doing nothing he can attract any heroine and they will also form harem on their own, I don't know is this the author playing trick or gods.'
