To feel freedom

The CSAT Day:

Min Jun exited the exam center, feeling a mix of relief and fatigue. As he walked down the pavement, he noticed how parents had come to pick up their children, the sight stirring a pang of nostalgia in him.

It reminded him of the last time he had seen such a scene when he was ten years old, before his father had passed away. The memory brought with it a deep-seated longing for the kind of support he no longer had.

He found himself wishing, not for the first time, that he could make his mother's life easier. She had worked tirelessly as a servant, and Min Jun was determined to change that. He had a plan—to rent a place where they could live away from the Park family, ensuring his mother's well-being and giving her the peace she deserved. With the day of incident approaching, Min Jun knew he had to discuss this with her soon.
