The Surprise Test

"Well than, let us begin the surprise test. The 1st Elemination tournament of year 1. Well what are you guys waiting for let us begin."

"Sir, you have to explain more."

"What? I have to do more of this?" *Sigh*

He sighed deeply and continued again while all the other students were dumbfolded by how nonchalantly they announced the 1st Elemination tournament.

While it's true that Elemination rounds are held every Month end, it wasn't known that the very first day of the academy would be an Elemination round.

They were unprepared. I see, so that's why this guy lost in the very first round.

The already heavy pressure from his family situation was enough to push him towards the end of the cliff but a surprise test on the very first day probably cought him off guard.

Resulting in his loss.

"As you all know, all the races living on Utopia except the demons attend the academy.

The top 75000 of you are chosen every 5 years to attend this prestigious academy which involves every race except the demons that inhabit earth.

You all will be divided into Groups of 50 each where you will fight people in your sub groups which comprise of 5 people each and the one who ends up last in the sub group will be picked for a final Elemination and will be later expelled depending apon how they perform in the Elemination which comprise of 10 people in each group."

"The main groups of 50 will be random while the sub groups of 5 will be based on the level you are at and your opponent's level."

"That is all. You may begin, as your groups have already been decided and sent to your watches you'll see an arena number so head there immediately using the warp gates."

"You will see various numbers so enter the number you were given. May the goddess bless you with victory."

Saying that he left.

Let's simplify the entire tournament, as you can see there are around 75000 people attending the academy.

50 people in each group means there are a total of 1500 groups. That much should be obvious.

Here's where it gets tricky, there are sub groups within groups and these sub groups are divided into a total of 10. With 5 in each group.

While the grouping is done randomly, the sub groups aren't.

The 5 people in each group are based off of how comparable and incomparable each person are with the other and the level at which each player is at.

That is the criteria which decided which group I am in.

Let's say there is 1 guy that lost the most in the sub group of 5. Than hell automatically go to the round of Elimination Which includes the last place person in each sub group.

They will have to hunt monsters and the one who kills the least amount of monsters get disqualified and expelled from the academy.

1 person gets expelled from each group and with a total of 1500 groups present.

That'd mean that every month 1500 students get Eleminated, if you survive this month that doesn't mean you will survive the next.

So you always have to have your guard up no matter how well you were doing for yourself.

As such I headed for the Gate which had my number which was 77.

So I headed into that gate and when I entered I saw various arenas around the whole premise.

This was a 100 floor building with each of the building have similar type of arenas.

There was a total of 15 buildings like this you can either use it for practice but it is mostly used for tournament purposes.

As I headed inside and looked around to find my sub number which was 9, I headed there and stood there waiting for the others to come.

As more and more people gathered there, it became apparent that the tournament was about to start.

As I looked around to see who my opponent's were, they didn't really look that strong so I felt like I could deal with them somehow.

One more person hadn't arrived and this made me a bit nervous as this is a common troupe where someone doesn't show up and when they do, they end up being insanely strong.

As I looked at the warp gates with anticipation, I saw a familiar face.

Rather it was someone I knew from the novel, she was a rather elegant and cheerful person who was very popular with her out of place pink hair and blonde eyes.

She had the perfect figure that made men mad over her but she was equally beautiful, she had the number 17 on her badge.

She was one of the Main character's harem members, Leyfia Flamme.

Damn seeing them upclose really shows just how beautiful these women are, their appearance would rival or rather one sidedly destroy the appeareces of famous personalities known for their looks.

Human beings on Earth were not match for them that was for sure.

I felt like I was staring at her too intently as I focused myself back towards the Gate and someone entered the gate.

As I saw his face, my face twitched and I probably had an expression that no human would probably have.

I was filled with the emotions of rage and Anger the moment I saw the man appearing out of that warp gate.

It was none other than the bastard who made the lives of the heroins a living hell.

A man with blonde hair and Blue eyes, he had a smirk on his face the moment he saw me.

I didn't know why he had that disgusting smirk on him but what I was sure of was that he was scheming something and it involved me.

"Ahm ahm, Well everyone let's start the fixtures as you all have already entered your designated location the test will begin so be prepared. Best of luck y'all."

He said and Cut the line.

The screen showed the first match of the 9th sub group and surprisingly it had my name in it.

Ron Kayler VS Lou Von Clae

Ha

Haha

Hahahaha

hahahahahahaha

Looks like your luck runs out here Lou, in the next 24 hours you'll probably be 6 feet under.

It's the bastard I've been meaning to kill.
