August stayed composed. "I run a business that deals in advanced game-extracted items. It's all perfectly legal and registered."
"Maybe." Wright nodded. "But what happens when items from Enders Light start making their way into hands they shouldn't be in? What happens when an unregistered, untraceable weapon gets used in a crime? Do you think the authorities are just going to sit back and let it happen?"
August exhaled through his nose. "I don't sell to criminals."
