"Finally! I finally got it," Ye Jin said with an air of excitement as her dagger glowed. She had finally been able to channel her mana into her weapon after days of trying and failing.

She looked at Dion with anticipation, waiting for him to praise her and, probably... reward her along with it.

Dion looked at her with a smirk, quite amused.

"Thank you, Master," Ye Jin said with a smile, still waiting for more praise and her reward.

"Well, that will be all for today," Dion said, ignoring the look on her face.

Wait, is that all? Where is my sweet, sweet reward?! Ye Jin began to feel aggrieved. This wasn't fair at all.

Then, without thinking twice, she declared nervously, "I challenge you to a match."

Dion raised an eyebrow, his smirk widening. "You know you're going to lose, right?"
