[Timekeeper]
[Washington DC]
Funneh Kaslana paces the streets, looking for any crime she can solve or any criminal she can put in jail. She is still considering joining Hero-Corp but thinks she isn't ready yet. Her life has been made easier since she doesn't need to pay for things like water—she can just make it herself. She can also go anywhere at any time with her new speed.
With her computer in hand, she uses it to find escaped criminals or other people of interest. She finds an electrical monster located somewhere in the North Texan desert. Without hesitation, Funneh harnesses her superspeed and dashes off, leaving Washington DC in a blur.
[North Texan Desert]
Funneh lands on the barren wasteland in north Texas. Using her search skill, she quickly pinpoints the monster's location. A towering figure made of pure lightning, the monster draws energy from nearby power plants. She runs toward it without delay.
[The Monster]
However, Funneh is too fast for it as she evades all of its attacks. She refrains from using her water Regalia, knowing it could spell disaster against an electrical foe. The monster shoots lightning bolts at Funneh, but she dodges them.
She continues this for another ten minutes, keeping the monster away from any major cities. Funneh is doing quite the job of keeping the monster at bay, and she even manages to tire it out a little. But with all this pesky dodging and moving, the monster gets angry and charges up a super attack.
With a deafening roar, it unleashes a massive surge of energy that shakes the entire state of Texas. Lightning bolts dance around its colossal form as it unleashes a force so immense that it seems to electrify the very air itself. The lightning monster threatens to engulf all of Texas in a blinding storm of energy, leaving nothing untouched by its electrifying presence.
Funneh's heart races—she didn't anticipate such overwhelming power and suffers because of it. Just as Texas goes completely dark, a new figure arrives with a burst of speed.

"You need some help?" Henryzx900 inquires, his voice steady despite the chaos.
"Yeah, I do," Funneh replies.
"I'm going to need your help in killing this thing. I don't wanna absorb it just yet. What is your powerset?"
"I can control water."
"Just shoot it with your water powers, or whatever, and I'll encase it in ice," Henryzx900 instructs. "I was told to keep the monster alive. Drench it now!" Henryzx900 uses his Ice Regalia to freeze the monster at the same time that Funneh uses her Water Regalia to submerge it.
Henryzx900's plan works, and the monster is unable to break out of the grips of Funneh's "Water Prison."
As the dust settles, Funneh and Henryzx900 stand amid the quiet aftermath. "I knew I could have killed the monster, but I didn't wanna shock myself in the process," Funneh says.
"Good call. Anyway, I'll be calling somebody to come get this. I'm heading back to Tokyo now!" Henryzx900 waves "Bye!" before he races off.
"He ran all the way here from Tokyo!? Who was that guy, anyway?" Funneh wonders aloud.
[Later…]
Funneh Kaslana is on her bed watching TV when a sudden news alert pops up. The Hero Corps is looking for new superheroes to join their ranks. They will be doing tryouts at 4 PM EST. Funneh decides to go even though she got a de-facto invite from Ulti-man.
[The Event]
The streets of Washington D.C. are bustling with excitement as a diverse group of superheroes gather outside the headquarters of the famous Big Superhero Team. Each hero stands tall and proud, adorned in colorful costumes and capes, eagerly waiting for their chance to prove their worth.
The atmosphere is charged with anticipation as the superheroes chat amongst themselves, exchanging stories of their daring rescues and epic battles. Some heroes showcase their incredible powers, conjuring flames, freezing the air, or lifting massive objects with ease, while others display their advanced technology or unmatched combat skills.
As the sun sets over the city, a team of judges emerges from the grand doors of the headquarters, ready to put the heroes through a series of rigorous tests. The heroes line up, their determination evident in their eyes as they prepare to show the judges what they are made of.
Funneh walks around the hundreds of superheroes, looking at each one to figure out their special skill. Ulti-man spots her and lands in front of her, causing a great shock in the crowd as nobody had expected Ulti-man to fly to a random girl.
"Hello, Funneh Kaslana!" Ulti-man greets.
"Hello. I have come here to test myself against these heroes today. I will not hold back!" Funneh declares.
"Great! We need that type of attitude on the team! Great to have you here. It will be starting soon so listen up. I'm rooting for you."
Funneh smiles and walks off.
[Later…]
The Hero-Corp tryouts are well underway, and Funneh Kaslana has already impressed the judges with her control over water. The competition is fierce, with heroes showcasing an array of extraordinary abilities. Despite the pressure, Funneh remains focused, determined to prove she is worthy of joining Hero-Corp.
As the next round of tests begins, a sudden explosion rocks the area. Alarms blare, and people scream as a massive plume of smoke and fire erupts from a nearby building. Panic spreads through the crowd, but the heroes quickly mobilize.
Ulti-man, hovering above the chaos, shouts, "Everyone, stay calm! We have a situation. Heroes, prepare to engage!"
From the inferno emerges Pyroclast, a villain with the ability to manipulate and generate intense heat and flames. His body glows with a molten orange hue, and with every step, the ground sizzles beneath him. "Hero-Corp," he sneers, "your time has come. Washington D.C. will burn!"
Without hesitation, Pyroclast unleashes a torrent of fire, scorching everything in his path. Buildings ignite, and the heat is unbearable. The heroes spring into action, but Pyroclast's power is overwhelming.
Funneh stands her ground, water swirling around her as she faces the villain. "I'll handle this," she declares, her voice steady despite the rising temperatures.
Ulti-man nods. "Be careful, Funneh."
Pyroclast's eyes narrow as he sees Funneh approaching. "Water against fire? How quaint," he taunts, sending a wave of flames toward her.
Funneh counters with a powerful jet of water, the two elements clashing violently in the air. Steam hisses and billows around them, creating an eerie fog. Despite the intensity of Pyroclast's flames, Funneh's control over water allows her to hold her ground.
The battle rages on, with Pyroclast hurling fireballs and Funneh dodging and countering with precise streams of water. The villain's attacks grow more ferocious, but Funneh's determination never wavers. She can feel the heat sapping her strength, but she pushes through, focusing on her goal.
Realizing she needs to change tactics, Funneh summons a massive wave of water from a nearby hydrant, directing it toward Pyroclast. The wave crashes over him, momentarily extinguishing his flames. Seizing the opportunity, Funneh forms a ring of water around him, compressing it into a tight barrier.
"Let's see how you handle this," she mutters, concentrating on maintaining the water prison.
Pyroclast struggles, his flames flaring up as he tries to break free. But Funneh's control is too strong, and the water absorbs the heat, preventing him from escaping. With a final surge of effort, she encases Pyroclast in a sphere of water, cutting off his oxygen and dousing his fire completely.
As Pyroclast collapses, defeated, the heroes and onlookers cheer. Funneh, drenched in sweat and water, stands victorious. Ulti-man lands beside her, clapping her on the shoulder.
"Excellent work, Funneh. You saved the city and proved your worth. Welcome to Hero-Corp," he announces.
The other heroes join in the applause, acknowledging her bravery and skill. Funneh smiles, the weight of her doubts lifting. She had done it. She was now a member of Hero-Corp.
