Chapter funny number: Deadly Fungi

"Alright, Seokjin and Hoseok, raid the pantry and make a list of everything we have and need more of, then go into Seoul and get everything you possibly can, we'll do a count and pack everything we need and simply put the rest back Okey? So don't be mindful of what you take, but the opposite goes for Jungkook and Taehyung. I've got a full list here of everything we need you guys to get, it's very simple and easy, just take what you see on the list and come back. Of course if you see anything I didn't ad go ahead and grab it, same goes for you two we'll go threw it and check. Me and Jimin will for now just focus on riding." Namjoon explained everything, handed us our assigned pages of notes and we were off.

Me and Taehyung to the first pharmacy we spotted, everything we had to get was to be as colour coded as possible and Namjoon chose us each a very specific and common colour, but we were told that if we can't find something of each colour then simply take it of the same colour like white or grey and we'll mark it.

I was purple

Tae was blue

Jimin was yellow

Seokjin was red

Hoseok was orange

Namjoon was white and Yoongi was black. Though we weren't sure if Yoongi would even need these things we still added him into the mix.

So we started collecting the list, stuff like lip balm, soup and shampoo, wet wipes, towels, sleeping bags and one pillow each, hair brushes, flashlights and battery's, water bottles, all-in-one creams, along with moisturizers as per Seokjins request. We got clothing, both winter and summer, though those weren't as organised, we're not the fucking teletubbies.

We got new backpacks, those fancy cliff climbing and camping shit along with smaller kiddy's backpacks, though that was my idea so that anything personal we'd like to take along we could but it was at the expense of ourselves not anyone else.

The idea behind it being seokjin and takes his thousands of skin care and creams in his own bag while the main bag is identical to everyone else. And Taehyung really liked that idea, however the best colour coding we could do was which Disney princess was on what bag lol.

We also got weapons, which none of us really liked the idea of carrying around a loaded gun but we all agreed that we have no idea what's out there, and its been proven that we underestimated what the world has become, and that we didn't want to take chances.

And again that wasn't colour coded, but when got home we painted our initials into them.

We gathered in the living room and threw everything onto the floor, we already went threw all the food and that was now taken care of. Next was me and Taehyung.

We matched all the colours together in seven piles, and one of each of the things that weren't in piles, "Umm... Everything that wasn't on the list are the pillows, the small bags, pencil cases a-and wash clothes. The bags are so that we each have identical main bags but still our own smaller ones, my reasoning to Taehyung was that Seokjin Hyung can bring all his skin cares and have to take responsibility for them himself, so that he didn't need to take anything out of the main bag and such. And the pencil cases were for the smaller items like the moisturizer and toothbrush and stuff so that it's a bit more organised, and the pillows was just because they looked comfortable but each to their own if they want to keep the one they already had. The last few were Taehyungie's idea."

I was a bit nervous for reasons I don't know, Namjoon loved the extra ideas and said well done and that we did good(≧▽≦)

We organized everything into the bags but Taehyung most of it as he was able to fit the most into the bag and had it least chaotic, that night we all packed our little Disney bags and in the morning gathered up again, we decided that there was no point in waiting and that we'd rather just get it over with.

So Seokjin made lunches for all of us and we packed the dragons, Delores made saddles for us with his magicy bullshit but I did NOT trust it, however there wasn't really much of a choice about it. We had our bags on one side of the dragon and sleeping bags along with the food and water on the other as we tried to even out the weight. We knew they were going to be fine but we were all spoiling our dragons so much.

"Jungkookie, I get that it's your personal bag and you can do with it as you like but.. do you really have to bring the bedazzled dog bowl?" Taehyung laughed at me, I made an obvious offended face, I didn't even know what to say. "How... DARE YOU. Of course I have to!" Everyone laughed at me and called me a daddy's boy, though I don't even know what that means. Are they calling me the daddy because I'm treating my precious girl HOW SHE DESERVES or are they talking about my actual father.

I went back inside to use the bathroom, and as I came back out I stared at my room for the last time... I looked at my nightstand, and opened it slowly taking out the teddy bear...

I took the necklace out.. I decided to put it around my neck but hid it underneath my clothes, I didn't need anyone seeing it. But i won't be leaving it behind here knowing full well I'll probably never come back.

I threw the teddy on the ground and said goodbye to all the teddy's on my table, I knew I couldn't take the plushes my mum gave me, I have one in my bag but i couldn't take them all. All I could do was say goodbye to the only memories I have left of her..

I tried not to think of it all and went back out, I noticed everyone waiting for me and I looked back at the house, "We'll miss you buddy.." I mumbled, tapping the pateo and moving to get onto Yuna, "Come on." I said, smiling at all them, "Who knows.. maybe we'll find another home one day, when everything is all sorted out."

"Yea.. we will." Namjoon added, it was a bit of an emotional send off but we managed without shedding tears, that is, accept for Seokjin.

"No no I'm just saying like, what if the house had feelings? And we're just leaving ittt..." He sobbed dramatically, we were already in the air for a few hours now and he still hasn't shut up about it. At this point we were just letting him cry it out.

Which worked eventually I guess, by the time we landed on what seems to be a completely deserted island he was back to being his usual happy and cheerful self, Tsuriko went diving into the ocean and soon came back with lots of fish for the rest of the dragons, Kazuko and Douyanlee being the only two that preferred to continue eating literal leaves off of the trees.

We all ate as well and rest for about an hour before we decided to go exploring the island, it's quite small, doubt it would've been big enough to build on, that's probably why it's still left untouched.

We walked around for a bit and eventually ended up on the other side of the islands beach, "Let's camp here for the night? It's getting late anyway." Jimin offered, we all agreed and rested a bit then started getting our sleeping bags out, we made a fire and just sat in silence for a few minutes, before eventually starting to talk and ending up playing truth or dare.

"I choose... Truth this time." I said, it's already dark and we were running out of truths or dares, "Uhh... What's your like... Hidden kink or something??" Hoseok asked, see? We're even talking about kinks now.

I thought for a bit, "I don't think I have any that are hidden, Jimin's turn, truth or dare?" I answered then simply continued around the circle, "Yep, truth.. same as you.." he said, looking like he's about to fall asleep.

"Urgh.. I don't have anything to ask.." I leaned back and simply looked at the stars, "Whos your crush?" Yep, this was getting boring, "I don't have one.." he mumbled. And with that the game pretty much ended, he fell asleep, Taehyung fell asleep, then Jin and Hoseok and Yoongi next. Until it was just me and Namjoon.

I sat with him by the treeline, staring at the ocean, "it's beautiful huh..." I mumbled, he nodded and agreed, "I always loved the ocean..." He said, I smiled softly, "Mmm... It seems so... Peaceful, even if... When you get too close... It turns into the worst, most terrifying thing imaginable." I said, slowly drifting off myself as Namjoon perked his head at me, "Mm? What makes you say that."

I remained quiet, remembering the dream I had back in the hotel months ago, I smiled, "I guess... When you really think about it, everything is scary when you get too close. In the ocean, you might drown or get caught by riptides, in the sky, you might fall to your death, the most beautiful lion you see in the jungle can rip you apart in seconds. I guess it's just how life works, it's beautiful from afar... Like love.." With my last words, Namjoons head tilted down, "I guess you're right..."

The next few days went exactly the same, fly, stop and eat, fly, stop and sleep, wake up and fly. It's all the same.

None of us wanted to do this anymore but we knew it was important, so no one complained, until finally we made it to some kind of city, it had the exact same state as Seoul, and it suddenly made us realize something.

"If we were looking for other people then why the fuck were we flying over the fucking ocean instead of going to different cities back in Korea." Seokjin asked, we all facepalmed and cussed at ourselves, even Namjoon hadn't realized this.

"Urgh, all those days completely fucking wasted, what were we thinking?" Namjoon asked, I'm guessing mainly to himself then any of us.

We walked around for a it until Seokjin started feeling ill and we had to stop, he layed on the ground on top of Kazuko who looked like he could kill someone, Taehyung did his best to check what's wrong but literally nothing, Seokjin Hyung just started having trouble breathing.

We hoped he was just tired of maybe having an allergic reaction to something, that's why Taehyung gave him the allergenic's, "Namjoon, take him to the tallest building, maybe he'll stop inhaling whatever it is thats causing this. Jungkook and Hoseok can you guys try to find an asthma pump? Jimin I need you here with me, look for any kind of unfamiliar plant or fungus but don't touch anything and that goes for all for you! Now Yoongi, are you really just going to sit there or help us?" We all followed Taehyungs instructions carefully, Kazuko barely let anyone touch Seokjin but eventually let Namjoon help him into the saddle at least, me and Hoseok went to find the pump and Jimin tried to look for anything that might be causing Jin Hyung to get sick, but Yoongi just sat and watched from a distance. Like he was judging us like we're in some sort of game, but I guess we are to a point.

Not long after we found an asthma pump and some medication that had pictures that indicated lungs and heart stuff Hoseok literally fell onto me, "Bro..." He gasped out, I panicked immediately, picking him up and speed running him out of the enclosed area and into open air again, he visibly breathed better after he was back in the streets but he still struggled, I fiddled and fumbled with the asthma pump trying to get it out of the box, and helped Hoseok to use it which noticeably did wonders.

I decided not to risk it and took him back to Taehyungs and Jimin, "It's a fungi."
