Chapter 289- Back In The Tower (Part 13)
Like a flash of lightning, Arthur cut through the snow path, forming the ice wall piece by piece. In a few seconds, he created several dozen meters of ice across the entire path. He didn't stop to really look if his wall was as sturdy as possible or not as he had no time.
Even as he was moving, the floods were approaching at a horrifying speed. The large waves started looming over the group, threatening to swallow them at any given second. However, Arthur didn't stop.
'If I can somehow make the water diverge its path a little to the side! I can definitely save us some time! Please don't break immediately!'
Arthur knew that he was asking for too much. As strong as the ice his sword creates is, it was far from strong enough to hold back a flood of that size. It was like trying to stop a rushing train with a piece of paper.
But, enough pieces of paper can perhaps buy a precious second for the group.
