Life is Movement

"Eriri, isn't this too many points?" Miko asked nervously.

If it were just tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands of points, she would have accepted them without hesitation. But one hundred million points felt overwhelmingly excessive to her.

Miko's reaction was exactly what Eriri had expected, so she smiled lightly.

"It's not that much. Besides, points are just numbers to me. Just take them without worry."

Seeing Eriri's firm expression, Miko couldn't argue further and gratefully accepted the massive sum of points.

"I really don't know how to thank you. Whether it's helping me deal with the evil spirits these past few days or making me stronger, I feel like I owe you more than I can count."

Looking at Eriri's beautiful face so close to hers, Miko's heart swelled with gratitude and affection.

"With our relationship, there's no need to say such things." Eriri lightly scratched Miko's palm with her fingers, a meaningful smile appearing on her face.

Hearing this, Miko's face flushed red. She hesitated for a moment before nervously asking, "What… what exactly is our relationship?"

Although she could guess from Eriri's tone and actions, she was afraid of misinterpreting it. Unless she heard Eriri say it directly, she couldn't feel at ease.

"Isn't it obvious? I know every inch of your body. You tell me, what kind of relationship do we have?"

Eriri leaned forward, and the already short distance between their faces vanished until their breaths intertwined.

Gazing at Eriri's flawless face filling her vision, Miko's breath hitched, and her heart soared with joy.

With Eriri speaking so directly, if she still couldn't understand, then there was something wrong with her.

Despite her happiness, one last concern lingered in her heart. "But… we're both girls. Is this kind of relationship really allowed?"

"Why wouldn't it be? Haven't you heard the saying? 'Same-gender love is true love, opposite-gender is just for reproduction!' And even if you ever wanted children in the future, with my abilities, I can make it happen for the both of us."

"Wait… really?" Miko was stunned, instinctively asking in curiosity.

She wasn't particularly concerned about having children, but hearing Eriri say that made her incredibly curious.

"Of course it's true, though the child would always be a girl."

"That's amazing!" Miko exclaimed in awe.

"There's more that's even more amazing," Eriri whispered.

Resting her chin on Miko's shoulder, she lowered her voice and murmured into her ear, "Actually, between two girls…"

After finishing her words, Eriri gently bit Miko's earlobe before lifting her head, revealing a seductive smile.

"Miko-chan, do you want to experience it for yourself?"

"You're so bad!"

Eriri's words made Miko's face turn crimson. The last of her doubts vanished, and she pulled her hands from Eriri's grasp, only to clasp Eriri's hands in return.

In the next second, she leaned forward, pressing herself tightly against Eriri.

Then, she whispered softly into Eriri's ear, "But I like it."

Eriri smiled knowingly, then with a thought, instantly set up a barrier around the bedroom.

She withdrew her hands from Miko's grasp, gently placed them on Miko's shoulders, and the two of them fell onto the soft bed together.

...

An hour quickly passed, and before they knew it, the time had already reached past five in the afternoon.

Looking at the room, which now appeared as if it had been struck by a magnitude ten earthquake, Miko's face turned bright red with embarrassment.

Unable to fully control her newfound strength, she had inadvertently destroyed their "training ground" while in motion.

By the end, they had no choice but to conclude their intense "exercise" while floating in midair.

Fortunately, the room had been shielded by a protective barrier; otherwise, the damage wouldn't have been limited to just this one room—perhaps even the entire city could have suffered collateral damage.

"Looks like you'll need some training to get used to your power," Eriri said with a teasing smile.

Hearing this only made Miko's embarrassment deepen further.

She spoke in a meek voice, "Eriri… what do we do now? The room is… well…"

"This? Oh, it's nothing. Watch this." Eriri replied nonchalantly.

With a snap of her fingers, a soft chime echoed through the air, and in an instant, it was as if time had reversed—every broken item in the room restored itself to its original state within mere seconds.

In reality, this was indeed a form of time reversal, but Eriri had only applied it to the room itself.

Neither she, Miko, nor the outside world was affected in the slightest by the temporal regression.

"That's amazing!" Miko stared wide-eyed at the miraculous scene, but remembering Eriri's level of power, she quickly came to terms with it.

At that moment, Eriri took Miko's hand and said, "Miko-chan, let's go get you familiarized with your strength. It shouldn't take too long, and who knows, we might even finish just in time for dinner."

"Sure! Where are we going?" Miko nodded, accepting the suggestion without hesitation.

She was well aware that if she didn't quickly adapt to her new strength, she might accidentally harm her family—something she absolutely couldn't allow to happen.

Thinking of her family, she was reminded of her father.

Through the memory projections, Miko had learned why her father's spirit had remained in this world instead of passing on.

If she wanted to help him move on, she could do so effortlessly.

But she wasn't willing to simply let him go. Now that she was part of such an incredible chat group, she wanted to see if there was a way to bring him back to life instead.

She decided to bring up the matter with Eriri later, hoping that her wish to revive her father could also come true.

"No need to go anywhere. We'll just enter the chat group's Battle Arena. If it can enhance combat experience, it can certainly help you master your power as well," Eriri explained decisively. Then, with a teasing tone, she added, "Don't tell me you already forgot about the Battle Arena's function after just an hour?"

Eriri's voice pulled Miko from her thoughts, and she temporarily set aside the matter of her father, focusing instead on getting used to her strength.

"Of course not," Miko replied, a little awkwardly. "I just… didn't think of it right away."

Eriri chuckled and didn't press the matter further. Together, they shifted their consciousness into the chat group's Battle Arena.

Another hour passed in the blink of an eye. When Miko's consciousness returned from the chat group, her entire demeanor had changed.

Thanks to Eriri's hands-on guidance and the sparring matches against training dummies, Miko had not only adapted to her newfound power but had also learned how to wield it effectively.

Now, it was no longer Miko who feared evil spirits—it was the evil spirits who feared Miko. There were no longer any spirits in this world capable of threatening her.

...

"Eriri, I have something I want to ask you."

Just a few minutes after leaving the chat group's Battle Arena, Miko directly sought Eriri's help.

"What is it?" Eriri nodded, signaling her to continue.

Taking a deep breath, Miko slowly asked, "Do you know how to bring someone back to life?"

After speaking, she fixed her gaze on Eriri, awaiting her answer as if it were a judgment.

"I see… You want to resurrect your father, don't you?"

"Yes," Miko replied, her voice tinged with sadness.

"Hmm… Reviving someone can be both simple and difficult. The simpler method is to find a body that still retains life and have your father's soul take over it. Once the soul fuses with the body, the resurrection is complete."

"The more difficult method involves using powerful abilities to directly create an identical body. The process after that is similar—merging the soul with the body."

"The main difference is that, in the first method, you'd need strong healing abilities to maintain the body's vitality long enough for the fusion to succeed. After resurrection, your father would also need time to adapt to his new body."

"On the other hand, a newly created body would be perfectly compatible with the soul, eliminating any adaptation issues. In fact, because it's a freshly formed body, your father would be healthier than ever."

"However, regardless of the method, both require immense strength to carry out successfully."

Eriri's detailed explanation left Miko momentarily stunned, but she grasped the key points.

Overall, it was good news—resurrection was possible.

She might not be able to do it, but someone else definitely could. Instinctively, she turned her gaze to Eriri beside her.

"Eriri, can you perform the second method?" Miko asked expectantly.

She hadn't even considered the first method. Not only did she have no idea where to find a viable body, but she also didn't want her father to live in someone else's form.

"Of course I can." Eriri nodded casually, then looked at Miko with amusement. "Why? Do you want me to help revive your father?"

"Yes!"

Miko nodded vigorously, her eyes filled with excitement as she looked at Eriri.

Seeing her hopeful gaze, Eriri slowly nodded in response.

"Well, since you're my person, how could I refuse your request?"

"That's amazing!"

Miko instantly jumped up in joy and wrapped her arms tightly around Eriri. Then, without hesitation, she planted several kisses on Eriri's cheeks and lips.

"Eriri, I love you so much!"

Eriri was momentarily stunned by Miko's boldness. During their previous "exercise," Miko had been the passive one, never displaying such forwardness.

Even after her enthusiastic display, Miko's excitement showed no signs of fading.

"I have to tell Mom and Kyousuke right away! They'll be so happy!"

She quickly turned to leave the room, but before she could take more than two steps, Eriri caught her arm.

"Miko, calm down. I know you're excited, but rushing out like this won't do."

"But… Alright!"

Miko initially wanted to argue, but seeing Eriri's firm expression, she quickly suppressed her excitement and obediently sat back down beside her.

"Isn't it almost time for dinner? I'll go out with you in a bit, and before we eat, I'll take care of your father's situation. I can also take the chance to formally meet your mother."

"Mhm, I'll listen to you."

Realizing that Eriri was about to meet her parents, Miko suddenly felt a wave of shyness. After all, this was practically the same as introducing a partner to her family.

...

[Eriri (Level 8, Stage 9): @Honami Ichinose (Level 1, Stage 2) @Kureha Clyret (Level 2, Stage 7), are you both here?]

[Kureha Clyret (Level 2, Stage 7): I'm here. Eriri-sama, is there something you need?]

[Honami Ichinose (Level 1, Stage 2): I'm here too! Eriri, I already passed along your message to Karuizawa-san.]

[Eriri (Level 8, Stage 9): Good, thanks for that.]

[Eriri (Level 8, Stage 9): Kureha, have you figured out the situation with the Healing Hero?]

[Kureha Clyret (Level 2, Stage 7): Yes, I have. Right now, Keyaru is still an innocent and kind-hearted young man, which confirms that this timeline hasn't been reset. Are you planning to come here to strip him of his hero title, Eriri-sama?]

[Eriri (Level 8, Stage 9): I'll head over tomorrow.]

[Kureha Clyret (Level 2, Stage 7): Understood. I look forward to your arrival.]

[Eriri (Level 8, Stage 9): But that's not the main reason I'm reaching out right now. It's about the welcome red envelope.]

There were still about thirty minutes before dinner at the Yotsuya household.

Taking advantage of this time, Eriri decided to distribute the welcome red envelopes that hadn't been sent when Kureha and the others joined the chat group.

Back when Maple and the others joined, a ten-million-point red envelope had been given out, so this time wouldn't be an exception.

However, since Miko hadn't spoken in the group immediately upon joining, Eriri had temporarily held off on sending it.

Now that Miko had fully integrated into the chat group, it was time to finally send out the red envelope that had been delayed for over three days.
