*Flashback, 30 minutes after the O.S.F left for Texas....*
When the Ghost and Chief Roalson arrived at Dr. Sue's office, they rushed into the testing area, where Madie Sue had something special for the Ghost.
"Madie, what is that?"
"This is how we win. It's not what you asked of me a week and a half ago, but this has been in the works since the Old Guard joined our ranks."
"And this is 100% functional?"
"Yes, now suit up. Make sure that your adrenaline mask is on, because this thing will have you needing every bit of it."
Once the Ghost had suited up, a few of Dr. Sue's workers, Dr. Sue and the Ghost loaded up in a covered transport truck. Chief Roalson flipped on his lights and sirens to lead the truck to the SRIA. Once there, Roland and the R-82, Enola Gay B-29 Bomber, were awaiting them.
As R-82 Project workers blocked the view of the Enola's bomb bay door, Dr. Sue and her team loaded the Ghost into the bomb bay. Underneath the Ghost, they loaded in a new weapon developed by Dr. Sue. Once the doors were shut, Roland, Dr. Sue, two of her workers, and three additional R-82 project workers loaded up into the bomber. With everyone loaded up, Roland started all four of the Enola's refurbished engines. The lone bomber roared down the runway and ascended into the sky, continuing to climb to the Enola's maximum height of thirty-three thousand and six hundred feet, (10241.28 meters). The legendary bomber streamed the clouds effortlessly, flying at an average speed of two-hundred and seventy miles per hour, (434.5 Kilometers per hour), they'd arrive at the battle with time to spare.
*End of the Flashback*
Dr. Sue left her seat to check on the Ghost. "How are you doing in there?"
"It's not too bad in this suit. I assume you're here to run the suit through a diagnostic test?"
"You'd be correct. Alright now, watch your heads up display. It should be powered up... Oh! Right, this suit runs on a far stronger battery."
"What's in it this time?"
"Beryllium. One of my engineers wanted the Beryllium Batteries in the infantry suit, but there just wasn't enough power draw."
"Well, so long as it works and doesn't explode, I'll take it... It doesn't explode right?"
Madie Sue sat there just smiling as the Ghost let out a concerned, nervous chuckle. They were then interrupted by Roland. "Hey! We've entered Texas. Get whatever you need done, done. We'll be over the battle shortly."
As Dr. Sue finished up her diagnostic tests, the suit fully powered up. She took her seat at the bombadier's controls and prepped the Ghost and the new weapon for drop. As the Enola Gay approached the flagship, the warning alarms aboard the shit were screaming this time.
"WHAT THE HELL IS WITH ALL THAT RACKET!?" Yelled Lord Soros.
"My lord, a lone aircraft is heading for us!"
"SO!? USE THE PHALANX!"
"Sir, it's too high! It can't be reached!"
Lord Soros walked out onto the deck to see the single bomber flying towards them. His mind raced looking for a solution. He rushed back inside and grabbed the radio controls.
"ALL FIGHTERS LAUNCH AND TAKE DOWN THAT BOMBER!" He screamed into the radio controls. The panic in his voice was no longer hidden from the crew. He knew of only one other instance a bomber had ever flown solo into enemy territory. As a result of that bomber, the world entered the uneasy, yet incredible, atomic age. At his order, the New World Order Fighters scrambled into the air. An armada of jets heading for the WWII B-29. The C.T.R and O.S.F fighters met those attempting to climb, with only two or three slipping past them.
"H, this is Roland, I need air cover up here!" Radioed Roland to H, worried the New World Order had some trick up their sleeve. Without a second to waste, H and the mixture of O.S.F and C.T.R advanced fighters pulled into high G-rates of climb. As all three forces raced to climb up to the bomber, it became a race, but between who?
Roland's gut feeling was right, the New World Order had been saving an ace up their sleeve for the right moment. Off the deck of the New World Order's Advanced Aircraft Carrier, a single F-22 Raptor raced into the sky. That aircraft had a ceiling of fifty-thousand feet, (15,240 meters). The F-22 was pitted against the C.T.R's very own Jake, flying his custom-marked F-86D, which also had a ceiling of fifty-thousand feet. However, if they wanted to get to the Enola Gay first, they'd have to beat the most legendary fighter the United States had ever built, H's F-15EX. This legendary plane, flown by the former Desert Storm Veteran, had a ceiling of sixty-thousand feet, (18,288 meters), and was the only plane to have the gangster record of shooting down a satellite. The three pilots pushed their aircraft to their limits all trying to reach tone-range on the Enola Gay first.
The NWO F-22 had a head start, it was unimpeded as it climbed towards Enola. However, H and Jake refused to let the pilot get in missile lock range.
As the three fighter jets climbed, it became clear, despite the F-15EX's lower climb rate, it was the better intercepter. As the F-22 and F-86D fell out of view, H gave those engines everything they had. The Enola Gay was coming into their tone-lock range and faster.
"Dr. Sue, it's now or never!" Yelled Roland as he watched the three fighters climbing towards them.
Dr. Sue opened the bomb bay doors and released the weapon. The F-22 pilot laughed as he got tone, and fired a missile at the Enola Gay. Both Jake and H panicked as the missile ripped past them. They both shut their eyes for a brief moment as the missile homed in on the old bomber. However, Dr. Sue didn't just drop their newest weapon. She'd unleashed the Ghost of Ottawa in her new prototype suit of armor, and the New World Order was his prey.
