Chapter 95: Leopard-Eared Loli, I'm Great at Naming Things

As Chen Daoxuan's voice fell, a golden talisman materialized out of thin air at his fingertip.

Mysterious patterns on the talisman shimmered faintly with the intent of two great Dao principles. These two principles intertwined, forming the words Decree and Seal on the talisman.

Once the talisman became fully tangible, it floated gently toward the phantom image of the heavenly tribulation, landing on its forehead before slowly disappearing.

The lightning shadow began to transform gradually.

Chen Daoxuan scrutinized it closely, eager to see what form this embodiment of heavenly tribulation rules would ultimately take.

After all, this was his first time using the Decree and Seal ability he had gained after becoming a Profound Sky Realm cultivator, so he was immensely curious.

It didn't take long before the lightning shadow took the shape of a leopard. As it began to solidify, flesh and blood started to form.

"Wait, hold on! Why a leopard?"

"I wanted a human! At least someone who can talk. How am I supposed to have a deep conversation with a leopard? I don't speak leopard; I only understand leopard patterns!"

Seeing this, Chen Daoxuan was momentarily stunned, then quickly raised an eyebrow. Before the transformation was complete, he hastily infused his thoughts into the Decree and Seal process.

As a result of his input, the process began to change. The previously clear image of the leopard started to shift toward a humanoid form.

Eventually, a small human-like figure emerged, curled up as if in deep sleep. Through the flickering lightning, Chen Daoxuan could faintly make out its rhythmic breathing, with its chest gently rising and falling.

As the lightning continued to flash, the Decree and Seal reached its final stage, solidifying the flesh and imbuing the figure with intelligence.

"Hmm?"

Chen Daoxuan stroked his chin as he observed, growing increasingly puzzled.

Something didn't feel quite right!

He had asked for a human, so why did the figure still have leopard-shaped ears? And there was even a tail!

At least... it should be a tail, he thought. Otherwise, that's just way too long and weird!

Through the dim lightning, Chen Daoxuan could only make out vague outlines.

Moments later, as the lightning dissipated, a weak, small figure was revealed, curled up as if sleeping soundly.

"A beast-eared loli!?"

When Chen Daoxuan saw the full picture, he couldn't help but exclaim in shock.

Damn, it seemed like he had accidentally created something extraordinary!

Initially, he had only wanted a humanoid form, but by some twist of fate, the heavenly tribulation had transformed into a beast-eared loli!

That long thing he had noticed earlier was, as he suspected, indeed a tail—and thankfully not something bizarre.

"Tsk."

"Those ears and that tail... with leopard print, no less. A leopard-print loli. Damn, each of these elements is great individually, but together, they feel so... weird!"

Chen Daoxuan muttered quietly as he examined the leopard-eared, leopard-tailed loli in front of him.

His murmuring seemed to stir her awake.

The small loli lifted her soft, tender hands to rub her eyes, yawning as her misty gaze slowly settled on Chen Daoxuan. It was then he noticed her sharp little fangs—no, leopard fangs—and beast-like pupils, which were strikingly different from those of ordinary people.

Her tiny nose twitched as she sniffed the air before her gaze locked onto Chen Daoxuan.

"Uh, hello!"

Caught off guard by her stare, Chen Daoxuan awkwardly waved and greeted her with a smile.

"Mm..."

The little loli made a soft noise before suddenly leaping into Chen Daoxuan's arms, nuzzling him with her leopard ears.

"Uh, wait a second."

"Put some clothes on first..."

Her sudden action left Chen Daoxuan flustered, but he quickly realized that, having just taken shape, the little loli wasn't wearing a stitch of clothing.

Spent a few system points, Chen Daoxuan exchanged a few outfits from the system store that fit the little loli's size.

Taking one out, he draped it over the little loli's body and carried her to a small pavilion.

However, the loli sniffed at the clothes, then even bit into them, clearly clueless about how to wear them. Chen Daoxuan felt a headache coming on and had no choice but to discard the outfit she had bitten and take out another one to dress her himself.

Luckily, everyone else, including Scarlet Cloud, had already fainted and been temporarily sent into the Heavenly Dao Hall by him.

Now, only he, the little loli, and the Primordial Spirit Enlightenment Tea Tree were present.

"What's your name?"

Chen Daoxuan asked softly, watching the little loli as she curiously examined her clothes.

"Meow... name?"

"Don't have one... Meow... Master, help, name me!"

The little loli blinked her eyes, furrowed her brow, and thought hard, but she had no idea what her name might be. All she knew was that the person before her had given her life and intelligence—he was her Master.

After answering her Master, the little loli looked at him expectantly. She wanted a name too.

For some reason, she couldn't resist the urge to nuzzle against her Master. The little loli was both daring and determined, and Chen Daoxuan didn't stop her, instead focusing intently on thinking of a name.

The loli happily rubbed her small head against his hand, her little tail wagging with joy.

"Naming, huh? I'm really good at this," Chen Daoxuan said confidently.

"What do you think of the name Little Leopard?"

Hearing her Master's suggestion, the little loli froze. Even though she had just gained intelligence, she instinctively felt that the name seemed... incredibly lazy!

"Huh? Don't like it?"

"Then how about Little White, Little Black, Golden Leopard, Little Flower, or Little Wei?"

Chen Daoxuan noticed her reaction and thought carefully for a moment before offering a series of names.

"Meow..."

"Waah!!!"

The little loli's stiff expression finally broke after hearing this string of unimaginative names. She threw her head back and burst into tears!

"Hey, hey, hey, why are you crying? Don't cry!"

"Ugh, is my naming really that bad?"

"Okay, stop crying. When your senior sister wakes up, I'll have her help think of something, alright?"

"Damn... turns out even in my invincible range in the Heavenly Dao Hall, I still have weaknesses!"

Chen Daoxuan panicked and quickly patted the little loli's head to calm her down, feeling a bit wronged. Were his names really that bad?

They were so fitting! So suitable! Damn it...

The little loli eventually stopped crying, but she still sniffled occasionally, clearly traumatized by her Master's naming choices.

Sure, she had leopard-patterned ears and a tail, but she wasn't a golden leopard, for heaven's sake! How could he give her names fit for puppies or kittens?

The two of them stared silently at each other, waiting.

Before long, Leng Yanran and Li Yourong ran out of the hall in panic, with Scarlet Cloud respectfully following behind them.

"Master!"

"Are you alright? I'm so useless—I fainted at such a critical moment!"
