Chapter 34: The Pokemon Water War

(After their time at the Hisui Island.)

(Mew and her friends travel across the sea of the Orange Island.)

(and decide to take a detour and do some big city exploring on an island known as Ascorbia Island.)

(Mew and her friends are at the docks after getting off of Lapras.)

Mew: "I bet you're pretty tired, Lapras. You deserve a rest."

(Mew says, and calls Lapras back into his Pokeball.)

(Misty turns around to see a town on the island.)

Misty: "Looks like there are nice places to see."

Tomo: "I sure hope so. And some nice places to eat, too,"

(Tomo says.)

(Then Togepi happily says.)

Togepi: "Toge! Togepiiii!" (Don't forget me! I'm hungry, too!)

Pichu: "Pichu Pichu!" (Me too!)

(Pichu happily adds.)

Misty: "Sounds like you're not the only hungry one here,"

(Misty says.)

(Tracey looks at the guide paper and says.)

Tracey: "Hey, maybe we should go look at the art museum."

Mew: "Sounds nice, but I'm starting to get hungry myself,"

(Mew says.)

Jen: "Me too!"

(Jen says.)

(Soon, the Pokemon cheer, saying that they want to eat.)

(Suddenly, the group hears screaming and turns their heads to see people running to something in a panic.)

(What really catches their attention is when someone mentions 'Fire.')

(Misty exclaims.)

Misty: "Fire?!"

Mew: "Let's go!"

(Mew says.)

(And so, Mew and her friends rush to follow the crowd.)

(Up ahead, a crowd of people gather in front of a burning warehouse.)

(and Officer Jenny is there to keep everyone away as she blows her whistle.)

(Officer Jenny calls out.)

Officer Jenny: "Please, everybody! Please stay back! This is a dangerous situation and we don't want anyone hurt!"

(Mew and the others soon arrive on the scene.)

Tracey: "Look at those flames!"

(Tracey says in shock.)

Misty: "I can't just watch the whole warehouse burn down. Here, you take Togepi and Pichu!"

(Misty says, and hands both Pokemon to Tracey.)

(But Tracey advises.)

Tracey: "You can't go, Misty! It's not safe! You'll get hurt!"

Misty: "You just watch me!"

(Misty says, and rushes to the warehouse.)

Mew: "Maybe I can help, too!"

(Mew says.)

(Then Pikachu says.)

Pikachu: "Pikachu!" ("We all can!)

Eevee: "Eevee!" (I agree!)

(Eevee says.)

Tomo: "I'll go too!"

(Tomo says.)

Jen: "Me too!"

(Jen says.)

(And with that, Mew, Tomo, and Jen rush to follow Misty.)

(Tracey calls out.)

Tracey: "Be careful, you guys."

(The four trainers rush past Officer Jenny as she talks to the citizens.)

Officer Jenny: "I'm warning you for the last time, sir…"

(However, Jenny soon notices Mew and the others go past her and stop in front of the burning building.)

(Misty calls out.)

Misty: "Staryu! Buizel! Go!"

(Then Mew calls out.)

Mew: "Squirtle! Wartortle! I choose you!"

(Then Tomo calls out.)

Tomo: "Sealeo! Slowpoke! We're counting on you!"

Jen: "Go Amaura!"

(Jen calls out.)

(Soon, all Pokemon come out of their Pokeballs.)

(Then Mew, Misty, and Tomo call out.)

Mew, Misty, and Tomo: "Use Water Gun!"

(And all the Pokemon use Water Gun.)

(Then Jen calls out.)

Jen: "Amaura, use Water Pulse!"

(And Amura begins to use the attack.)

(All four trainers begin to spray as much water to put out the fire.)

(Mew calls out.)

Mew: "Hang in there, Squirtle and Wartortle!

Misty: "Keep it up, Staryu and Buizel!

(Misty calls out.)

(Then Tomo says.)

Tomo: "You're doing great Slowpoke and Sealeo."

Jen: "You too Amaura!"

(Jen calls out.)

(All the Pokemon do their best to put out the fire.)

(but there doesn't seem to be enough to put them out.)

(Officer Jenny is well aware of it.)

Officer Jenny: "It just isn't enough! The next warehouse could be next!"

(Suddenly, as the flames start to spread to the next warehouse.)

(sirens are heard and a jeep soon drives in with a pack of Wartortle in the back of the driver.)

(The man coming out of the jeep has tan shin, dark hair and wears a fire helmet with an orange bodysuit.)

(Soon, some of the debris is falling towards Mew and the others.)

(Tracey cries out.)

Tracey: "Guys! Look out!"

(Mew and the others turn to see the burning debris is falling right towards them.)

(Before the debris can hit them, a group of Wartortle leap in and save their lives.)

(Squirtle and Wartole look up and are amazed to see that they've been saved by another Wartortle wearing a yellow bandana around its neck.)

Mew: "A Wartortle?"

(Mew says, surprised.)

(Then brings out her Pokedex.)

(Dexter says.)

Dexter: "Wartortle, the Turtle Pokémon, and the evolved form of Squirtle. A Water Type. A highly sought-after Pokémon because its long fur-covered tail is said to bring good luck."

(The man runs over and asks.)

The man: "Is everyone all right?"

Tomo and Jen: "Uh huh,"

(Tomo and Jen reply.)

(Then Misty says.)

Misty: "I'll be okay."

Mew: "Yes. We're fine,"

(Mew says.)

(Just then, the fireman blows the whistle.)

(and the Wartortle with the bandana instructs the others.)

(Soon, all the Wartortle then work together to douse the flame in a coordinating display.)

Tracey: "Wow, what amazing teamwork,"

(Tracey says, amazed.)

(The Pokemon happily cheers with excitement.)

(However, Squritle watches the team intently, especially their leader.)

(Soon, the fire has been put out, but the warehouse is destroyed.)

Mew: "You saved us back there. I don't know how to thank you,"

(Mew says.)

(The man turns to the Wartortle Squad.)

???: "They're the ones who deserve all the thanks. (turns toward his Wartortle as they salute)

(The Leader Wartortle says.)

Leader Wartortle: "Tortle," (You're welcome.)

(as he salutes.)

(The others salute as well.)

Wartortles: "Wartortle! (Our pleasure.)

???: "Allow me to introduce, Team Wartortle. And I'm their commander,"

(The man says and salutes.)

Aidan: "Captain Aidan, at your service."

(Soon, Mew and the others salute as well, even the Pokemon are saluting.)

Mew: "My name's Mew, sir,"

(Mew says.)

(Then Tomo says.)

Tomo: "I'm Tomo."

Misty: "Mine's Misty, Captain,"

(Misty says.)

Jen: "I'm Jen,"

(Jen happily says.)

Tracey: "Tracey, sir,"

(Tracey adds.)

(Then Pikachu says.)

Pikachu: "Pikachu." (I'm Pikachu.)

Eevee: "Eevee," (I'm Eevee.)

(Eevee says.)

(Then Meloetta says.)

Meloetta: "Meloetta!" (Meloetta.)

Skwovet: "Skwov," (Skwovet.)

(Skwovet says.)

Smeargle: "Smeargle," (Smeargle.)

(Smeargle says.)

Stufful: "Stufful," (I'm Stufful.)

(Stufful says.)

Amaura: "Amaura," (Amaura.)

(Amaura says.)

(Then Squirtle says.)

Squirtle: "Squirtle." (Name's Squirtle.)

(Wartortle says.)

Wartortle: "Wartortle." (And I am Wartortle.)

(Soon, Squirtle is looking at the Lead Wartortle intently.)

(Soon enough, Captain Aidan decides to show Mew and the others the training camp where they train water Pokemon.)

(The Wartortle are running laps.)

(Leader Wartortle calls out.)

Leader Wartortle: "Wartortle, Wartortle!" (I don't know but I've been told!)

(The team follows.)

team Wartortle: "Wartortle, Wartortle!" (I don't know, but I've been told!)

(The Leader calls out.)

Leader Wartortle: "Wartortle, Wartortle!" (Putting out fire's as good as gold!)

team Wartortle:: "Wartortle, Wartortle!" (Putting out fire's as good as gold!)

(The Team repeats.)

(As the team are running laps, Mew and the others follow Aidan as he introduces more Water Pokemon work out, training, and the teams.)

(They first meet a group of Blastoise in training.)

(Aidan explains.)

Aidan: "This is Team Blastoise. They use Hydro Pump to put out the biggest blazes. And we use Team Squirtle to put out fires in tight spots."

(They soon see the Squirtle who are training on the monkey bars.)

(Mew and the others are amazed.)

(Tracey even begins to sketch them.)

Tracey: "A squad of firefighting Squirtle, Wartortle, and Blastoise. I gotta make some sketches of this!"

Aidan: "And here comes Team Wartortle now. They're a perfect combination of Blastoise's power and Squirtle's maneuverability. They're an unbeatable firefighting force."

(Aidan says.)

(Aidan then blows the whistle, and Team Wartortle comes to a halt.)

(Then Aidan shouts.)

Aidan: "Atten-hut!"

(Then Leader Wartortle says.)

Leader Wartortle: "Wartortle!" (About face!)

(And turn to Aidan and salute.)

Leader Wartortle: "Wartortle!" (Yes, sir!)

(Leader Wartortle adds.)

Jen: "Wow!"

(Jen says, amazed.)

(Then Tomo says.)

Tomo: "They're cool!"

(While everyone else is looking at Team Wartortle with amazement, Squirtle looks disappointed.)

(Mew notices and kneels down to Squirtle.)

Mew: "What's wrong, Squirtle?"

Squirtle: "Squirtle," (Nothing.)

(Squirtle answers.)

(Mew thinks for a bit and has a hunch.)

(Then Mew asks.)

Mew: "Are you feeling disappointed?"

(Squirtle simply nods his head in reply.)

Tomo: "Disappointed?"

(Tomo replies, confused.)

Jen: "About what?"

(Jen adds.)

(Misty has an idea and explains.)

Misty: "Squirtle had to watch Team Wartortle put out that fire cause it couldn't do it alone."

(Just then, Squirtle pulls out his Squirtle Squad sunglasses and places them on his face, shocking most of the gang.)

Mew: "Those glasses!"

(Mew says, surprised.)

Misty: "The Squirtle Squad shades are back!"

(Misty says, surprised.)

Jen: "Huh? The Squirtle Squad?"

(Jen says, confused.)

(Tracey turns to Mew.)

Tracey: "Could somebody tell us what's going on here?"

(Mew turns to Tracey and Jen.)

Mew: "That's right. You two weren't around back then?"

(Then Mew explains.)

Mew: "You see, my Squirtle was once the leader of this gang of street tough Squirtle called the Squirtle Squad, that got abandoned by their trainers. Back then, they didn't like humans much. Then we got to understand each other, and they ended up fighting this big fire and being heroes! While the rest of the squad stayed with Officer Jenny, Squirtle decided to come with us."

Jen: "Wow,"

(Jen says, amazed.)

Tomo: "Yeah. I was amazed when Mew told me about that. That also happened before I traveled with them."

(Tomo says.)

(Soon, Tracey understands.)

Tracey: "Now I get it! Not being able to put out that fire must have hurt Squirtle's firefighting pride."

Squirtle: "Squirtle Squirtle," (Got it, Tracey.)

(Squirtle answers with a nod.)

(Just then, Mew has an idea.)

Mew: "Hey, I know!"

(Then turns to Aidan.)

Mew: "Captain Aidan, how about letting my Squirtle go head to head with your Wartortle?"

(Aidan isn't too sure.)

Aidan: "I don't know, Mew. There's no way your little Squirtle can stand up to my trained Wartortle.

(However, Squirtle says.)

Squirtle: "Squirtle Squirt." (Let me try.)

Mew: "At least Squirtle try. He got enough strength and enough guts to stand up to any Pokémon,"

(Mew says.)

Aidan: "I don't…"

(Aidan says, not sure.)

(Then Mew begs.)

Mew: "Please, Captain Aidan."

(Soon, Aidan gives in.)

Aidan: "Alright, Mew. We'll test Wartortle against your Squirtle and may the best Pokémon win."

Mew: "Thanks for the chance, Captain Aidan,"

(Mew happily says.)

(Then turns to Squirtle.)

Mew: "Now we'll show 'em, won't we, Squirtle?"

(Squirtle nods his head in reply.)

Squirtle: "Squirtle Squirtle," (Then let's do this.)

(Squirtle says.)

(And then Squirtle stares down the Leader Wartortle.)

(However, unknown to Mew and the others, the Pokemon are being watched by Team Rocket again.)

Meowth: "Attention Pikachu and Eevee swipers…"

(Meowth says.)

Jessie: "Steal now, and get Wartortle absolutely free,"

(Jessie says.)

James: "And a Squirtle super special,"

(James adds.)

(But Meowth says.)

Meowth: "But the boss will have to pay cash on delivery for this little Pokémon package."

Jessie: "Come on. This deal is too good to pass up,"

(Jessie says.)

(Then James and Meowth say.)

James and Meowth: "Let's go."

(Meanwhile, Mew and the others are set for the first test between Squirtle and Wartortle.)

(The first test is an endurance run.)

(Aidan explains.)

Aidan: "Speed and endurance are very important in fire-fighting, so I like to keep the team on its toes."

(Then calls out to Wartortle and Squirtle.)

Aidan: "Alright! Get on your marks!"

Squirtle: "Squirtle!" (Ready!) Squirtle calls out.

(The Wartortle answers.)

Wartortle: "Wartortle!" (Ready!)

(All the Water Pokemon are ready to run.)

Aidan: "Get set!"

(Aidan says.)

(And with that, Aidan blows the whistle, signaling the race to start.)

(Soon, all the Pokemon take off running and Tracey starts the timer.)

(The Pokemon race down the track.)

(At first, Squirtle is in the lead, but the Leader Wartortle is catching up.)

(And soon, the two are neck and neck to get to the finish line.)

(And Squirtle pulls ahead soon enough.)

(Aidan is impressed.)

Aidan: "Well, well. That Squirtle's faster than I thought."

(Mew calls out.)

Mew: "Come on, you can do it, Squirtle!"

(Squirtlle then puts every bit of his energy to get ahead of Wartortle.)

(He runs a fast as possible until he trips on a pebble in the middle of the tracks, causing Squirtle to tumble and roll.)

(Mew calls out.)

Mew: "Squirtle! Get on your feet!"

(But is unable to.)

(Then Squirtle ends up bumping into the Leader Wartortle.)

(sending them both tumbling and rolling across the finish line.)

(Tracey stops the timer and is amazed by the results.)

Tracey: "I don't believe it! The two of them set a new turtle Pokémon land speed record!"

Aidan: "Impressive,"

(Aidan says.)

(Then turns to Mew.)

Aidan: "Why don't we see if your Squirtle can cut it in an all day Wartortle training session?"

(Mew is confused.)

(Soon, both Squirtle and Wartortle get up and look at each other.)

(They're both impressed with one another and a sense of rivalry between them.)

Tracey: "This is gonna be interesting."

(Tracey says.)

Mew: "That's right!"

(Mew says.)

(Soon, it's the beginning of the training session.)

(Aidan calls out.)

Aidan: "Alright, now it's time for some serious target practice using Water Gun! And listen up! I don't wanna see any sickly little trickles this time! I want a full pressure assault!"

(Squirtle and Team Wartortle salute as Captain Aidan blows his whistle and pulls the switch.)

(Then the machine fires the disc target.)

(The turtle Pokemon fire their water gun at the target, hitting it all at once.)

(Aidan calls out.)

Aidan: "Now they're going higher! And coming faster!"

(and continues to pull the switch.)

(Both turtle Pokemon continue to perform Water Gun, and hit every target, especially Squirtle and Leader Wartortle.)

(Mew cheers.)

Mew: "You show em, Squirtle!"

(Then Tomo and Jen cheer.)

Tomo and Jen: "Go Squirtle!"

Misty: "Those two are in a real competition!"

(Misty says, surprised.)

Tracey: "Yeah, and it seems the competition between Squirtle and Wartortle is making the whole team do its best!"

(Tracey says.)

(Soon, the Targets stop firing as Aidan calls out.)

Aidan: "Hold your fire! Nice work, team!"

(Suddenly, a new disc comes hovering by, catching everyone's attention.)

Aidan: "What was that?"

(Aidan wonders.)

(And with that, both Squirtle and Wartortle fire their Water gun attack, but misses the target.)

(That makes the other fire their Water Gun at the target, but continue missing.)

(Soon, the disc begins to hover away and the Turtle Pokemon chase after it.)

(Aidan calls out.)

Aidan: "Hey, wait! Hold it!"

(Mew calls out.)

Mew: "Squirtle stop!"

(However, the turtle Pokemon continues to chase the target way out of the facility, and suddenly falls down into a pit, shocking everyone.)

(Mew exclaims.)

Mew: "Where'd they go?!"

(Pikachu and Eevee exclaim.)

Pikachu and Eevee: "Pika/Eev? (What the?)

(After the incident, Mew and the others, including Aidan rush to the hole.)

(Aidan calls out.)

Aidan: "Team… where are you?"

(Everyone arrives and is shocked to see the size of the large hole in front of them.)

(Tomo exclaims.)

Tomo: "Look at this!"

Jen: "Where'd this giant crater come from?"

(Jen wonders.)

(Just then, Team Rocket's Meowth balloon rises from the hole and into the air.)

(Soon, Team Rocket's voices appear.)

Team Rocket: "We'll give you ONE GUESS!"

(and laugh in triumph.)

Jessie: Prepare for trouble, cause we played our role.

James: Make it double, cause we dug this hole.

Mew: "Not you again!"

(Mew angrily says.)

(Misty is just as mad.)

Misty: "We should've known you were at the bottom of this!"

(As the balloon rises out of the hole, Squirtle and Team Wartortle are trapped in a need.)

(Mew cries out.)

Mew: "Squirtle!"

Aidan: "That's my team!"

(Aidan shouts in anger.)

Jessie: To protect the world from devastation.

James: To unite all people within our nation.

Jessie: To denounce the evils of truth and love.

James: To extend our reach to the stars above.

Jessie: Jessie!

James: James!

Jessie: Team Rocket, blast off at the speed of light!

James: Surrender now or prepare to fight!

Meowth: Meowth! Dat's right!

(Then Meowth extends some arm grabber and towards both Pikachu and Eevee.)

(He chuckles and says.)

Meowth: "This should do hand-somely."

(Then the grabber grabs both Pokemon and lifts them up.)

(Pikachu screams.)

Pikachu: "Pikachu!" (Put us down!)

Eevee: "Eevee!" (Let us go!)

(Eevee screams.)

(Mew cries out.)

Mew: "Pikachu! Eevee!

Jessie: "Welcome aboard,"

(Jessie says.)

(Then both Pikachu and Eevee are placed in a glass case.)

(When they try to use their attacks to get out, all they do is light up a lightbulb on the top of the case.)

Jessie: "Well, now, we're beginning to see the light,"

(Jessie says in remark.)

Meowth: "How bright of you,"

(Meowth says)

James: "And look. Pikachu and Eevee become our number one 'fan'!"

(James jokes.)

(And they actually have a fan plugged into the case.)

(Then Jessie jokes.)

Jessie: "What a way to beat the heat."

Meowth: "It's nice and cool, and it sure is sweet,"

(Meowth says.)

(Then James says.)

James: "But before we go, here's a freezy-Weezy treat."

(And drops Weezing's Pokeball.)

(Weezing comes out of the Pokeball and performs Smokescreen.)

(Team Rocket laughs in triumph as they shout.)

Team Rocket: "Now this is a blast!"

Mew: "Pikachu! Eevee!"

(Mew calls out as she coughs.)

Misty: "This smoke is choking me!"

(Misty says and coughs as well.)

(Tracey then brings out his Pokeball.)

Tracey: "Just hang on, Scyther will help us out! Go!"

(And throws it.)

(Scyther comes out of his Pokeball and uses Sword Dance to blow the smoke away.)

Tracey: "Thanks for blowing that smoke away, Scyther,"

(Tracey says.)

(Mew runs out as she calls out.)

Mew: "Pikachu! Eevee! Squirtle! Wartortle! Don't worry, we're gonna find you!"

(Meanwhile, somewhere in the forest, Team Rocket are hiding out in a cabin.)

(as the pokemon desperately try to escape.)

Meowth: "At last, the boss has to put his money where his Meowth is."

(Meowth says with a grin.)

Jessie: "When we bring back all these Pokémon, we should get a nice, big bonus from him. Right?"

(Jessie replies and turns to James.)

(Then James says.)

James: "I don't see why we have to give the boss every single Pokémon we've caught."

Jessie: "You're right, James. Sometimes, you're not quite as dumb as you look,"

(Jessie says.)

(She pushes Meowth out of the way and tries to choose which Pokemon to keep.)

Jessie: "Eevee, Mankey, Hitmonlee."

(Then choose one.)

Jessie: "This one! I'll take this one."

(But James interferes.)

James: "Wait! Just a second! I was the one who came up with this idea, so I should be the one who gets to take one!"

Jessie: "I should take one! I was the one who thought of digging that hole!"

(Jessie arges.)

(Then James argues back.)

James: "I should take one because I got down there and dug it!"

(Just then, Meowth tries to give the Pokemon some food.)

Meowth: "Come on. Eat up, little Squirty-pie. Your new master, Meowth, will feed you real good."

(Then Jessie steps her foot on Meowth.)

Jessie: "No way, Meowth! CUT IT OUT THIS INSTANT!"

Meowth: "I'll 'cut it'!"

(Meowth angrily says, and scratches both Jessie and James in the face with his claws.)

(James screams.)

James: "MEOWTH

Jessie: "WHY DID YOU DO THAT?!"

(Jessie shouts in anger.)

Meowth: "I wanted to prove I'm as tough as nails,"

(Meowth says.)

James: "That isn't funny!"

(James says.)

Jessie: "Well, get ready, because you and your nails are about to get hammered!"

(Jessie angrily says.)

(And with that, the two began pounding all over Meowth.)

(And with that, Squirtle turns to the Wartortle squad as he explains to them the plan on how to escape.)

(The Leader Wartortle nods his head, agreeing to the idea.)

(Meanwhile, Mew and the others are in Aidan's jeep and use Venonat to track down Team Rocket and the Pokemon.)

(Venonat continues to search with the radar.)

(Tracey turns to Venonat.)

Tracey: "Venonat, what's up? You see Squirtle or Wartortle?"

(Just then, Aidan's radio goes off and Aidan answers.)

Aidan: "Captain Aidan here."

(Over the radio, Officer Jenny reports.)

Officer Jenny: "It's Officer Jenny. There's a fire in an apartment complex downtown and it's out of control!"

(Hearing this has everyone in shock.)

(Aidan asks.)

Aidan: "Where is Team Blastoise?! They should have been there three minutes after they got the alarm!"

(At the site of the fire, Officer Jenny explains.)

Officer Jenny: "I know, but an overturned truck's blocking them and they can't get to the fire!"

(Indeed, Team Blastoise is standing in front of a fallen truck that is blocking their path to the apartment complex.)

(Then Officer Jenny says.)

Officer Jenny: "Team Squirtle's at the scene, but they aren't powerful enough! You've gotta get Team Wartortle here or the whole building will burn down."

(Aidan then says.)

Aidan: "I don't even know where Team Wartortle is."

(Then Misty volunteers.)

Misty: "I can help them!"

(Everyone becomes shocked.)

Mew: "Misty,"

(Mew says, shocked.)

(Aidan turns off the radio and turns to Misty.)

Aidan: "Misty, what can you do?"

Misty: "Maybe nothing, but my Water Pokemon and I have to at least try!"

(Misty says and gets off the jeep.)

(Then Tomo follows.)

Tomo: "I'll come with you."

(Before leaving, Tracey calls out.)

Tracey: "Wait a second, Misty! Take Scyther and Maril along and maybe they can help you out!"

(Tracey lets them out of their Pokeballs, and Misty hands Togepi and Pichu to Tracey.)

(Tracey turns to his Pokemon.)

Tracey: "Scyther, Marill, follow Misty's orders and fight that fire!"

(The Pokemon agree.)

(Meanwhile, Venonat continues to search around until Venonat spots Team Rocket's balloon.)

(Venonat lets out a call.)

(Mew then says.)

Mew: "I think Venonat spotted something!"

(Aidan turns to Misty and Tomo.)

Aidan: "When we find Team Wartortle, we'll all be there to help out. But until then, it's all up to you two!"

Mew: "Good luck, you guys,"

(Mew says.)

Misty: "Leave it to us!"

(Misty says.)

(Then Tomo says.)

Tomo: "Let's go!"

(With that, Misty, Tomo and the Pokemon rush to the apartment complex on fire.)

(Aidan and the others drive the jeep to where Team Rocket are.)

(Meanwhile, in the cabin, Team Rocket is still arguing.)

(Jessie shouts.)

Jessie: "That Wartortle is mine I tell you!"

Meowth: "Mine! One good Pokémon deserves another!"

(Meowth screams.)

(Then James shouts.)

James: "And this is what a bad Pokémon deserves!"

(And soon, the three start brawling again, until they're sprayed on by Squirtle and Team Wartortle's Water Gun.)

(James says.)

James: "We're all wet!"

Meowth: "Thanks, Einstein!"

(Meowth angrily says.)

(The Pokemon keep firing the Water Gun until the cabin is flooded with water.)

(Then the cabin bursts, sending Team Rocket outside and allow the Turtle Pokemon to escape, and trample them.)

Meowth: "Now I'll teach YOU!"

(Meowth shouts and extends his claws.)

(Squirtle calls out.)

Squirtle: "Squirtle!" (Withdraw!)

(Squirtle and Team Wartortle all use Withdraw, dodging Meowth's Scratch attack.)

(but Meowth inadvertently cuts the net, freeing the Pokemon.)

Meowth: "Guess that's a net loss!"

(Meowth exclaims.)

(Just then, Aidan's Jeep pulls up.)

(Mew calls out.)

Mew: "You're grounded, Team Rocket!"

Jessie: "Hey, look! It's the creep!"

(Jessie says angrily.)

(Then James says.)

James: "And his friends in a jeep!"

(Tracey then calls out.)

Tracey: "Venonat, Tackle attack em!"

(Venonat jumps and lands the attack, sending Team Rocket flying.)

(Aidan rushes to his team.)

Aidan: "Is the whole team okay?"

(Squirtle and Wartortle nod their heads. Mew and the others race to Pikachu and Eevee.)

(Mew soon freed them.)

Mew: "There you go, guys,"

(Mew says, and opens the case.)

(Just then, Jessie angrily says.)

Jessie: "You're not getting away that easily! Arbok, go!"

(and throws her Pokeball.)

James: "You too, Weezing!"

(James calls out.)

(With that, both Pokemon come out of their Pokeballs.)

(Then Mew throws her pokeball.)

Mew: "Go Wartortle!"

(And with that, Wartortle comes out of the Pokeball.)

(Then Mew calls out.)

Mew: "Ready, Squirtle?! Ready, Wartortle?!"

(Aidan calls out.)

Aidan: "All set, Team Wartortle?!"

(Then Both Mew and Aidan call out.)

Mew and Aidan: "Fire Water Gun!"

(With the combined Water Attack, they send Arbok and Weezing into their trainers.)

(Then Mew calls out.)

Mew: "Okay, Pikachu and Eevee! Thunderbolt attack!"

(Soon, Pikachu and Eevee perform Thunderbolt.)

(and cause more damage since Team Rocket are soaked with Water.)

(Then they're sent off once again.)

(They scream.)

Team Rocket: "We're blasting off again!"

(Meanwhile, at the burning apartment complex, Tomo and Misty have called out some of their Pokemon and try their best to put out the first.)

(However, many of the Pokemon are growing exhausted, including Scyther.)

Misty: "It's no use, the fire's too big,"

(Misty says, worried.)

(Suddenly, a blast sends off from the building, and a burning piece of rubble falls down towards Misty and Tomo, but two Water Gun attacks destroy it in the nick of time.)

(Misty and Tomo turn around to see their friends, including Team Wartortle, ready for action.)

(Misty happily cheers.)

Misty: "Squirtle!"

Tomo: "Wartortle!"

(Tomo happily says.)

Mew: "We got here as fast as we could!"

(Mew says.)

Misty: "They couldn't have held out much longer,"

(Misty says.)

(Suddenly, they hear a cry for help.)

???: "Help me!"

(Everyone looks up to see a little boy trapped in the building.)

(The little boy cries out.)

little boy: "Help me! Please help me!"

Jen: "Oh no, that boy is trapped up there!"

(Jen says, worried.)

Tomo: "We need to get him out of there,"

(Tomo sayd.)

(Mew calls out.)

Mew: "Hang on! I'll be up to get you!"

(But Aidan stops her.)

Aidan: "No way! Too risky!"

Mew: "But.."

(Mew says, worried.)

(Squirtle then turns to Leader Wartortle.)

Squirtle: "Squirtle." (Let's go.)

Leader Wartortle: "Wartortle." (Lead the way.)

(Leader Wartortle says.)

(Squirtle then puts on his Squirtle Squad Sunglasses.)

Mew: "Do you think they…"

(Mew wonders.)

(Soon, Team Blastoise arrives at the scene.)

(Squirtle turns to Blastoise.)

Squirtle: "Squirtle!" (Give us a boost!)

Leader Wartortle: "Wartortle!" (Fifth floor!)

(Leader Wartortle says.)

(Blastoise nods in reply. )

(Then Blastoise picks up the two, and fires a Hydro Pump to launch them like rockets and into the fifth floor where the little boy is.)

(The little boy continues to cry as he is deeply afraid.)

(The two turtle Pokemon nod their heads.)

(Soon, it's a race against time, Squirtle uses a Water Gun to put out the flames to make a path, while Wartortle is carrying the frightened boy on his back.)

(However, Wartortle nearls falls when the floor collapses under him, but Squirtle saves him and the boy in time, and lifts them out.)

(Wartortle asks.)

Wartortle: "War tortle?" (You alright, kid?)

(The boy nods.)

(Suddenly, the door begins to fall towards Squirtle, but Wartortle blasts it away with his Water Gun, saving him.)

(With that, the team continue their rescue mission.)

(Down below, the Pokemon are doing their best to put out the fire.)

Mew: "Squirtle's still in there!"

(Mew says, worried.)

Misty: "And it's been an awful long time,"

(Misty says, just as concerned.)

Aidan: "Maybe…"

(Aidan says.)

(But Pikachu calls out, pointing to the building.)

Pikachu: "Pikachu!" (Here they come!)

(Just then, two sets of Water Gun come out of the burning building as Squirtle and Wartortle run out of the building.)

(Mew calls out.)

Mew: "It's Squirtle!"

Aidan: "Wartortle!"

(Aidan adds.)

(Squritle and Wartortle jump in the air before more debris can fall on them.)

(Soon, the fire grows weaker and weaker, until it's completely out.)

(Soon, the little boy is safely returned to his mother as she embraces her son.)

(The little boy cries.)

little boy: "Ma!"

The mother: "Oh my baby. You're safe now,"

(The mother says, hugging her baby.)

(Then turns to Aidan.)

The mother: "How can I ever thank you for what you've done?"

Aidan: "We're just glad the boy's okay, ma'am,"

(Aidan says.)

(Then Mew says.)

Mew: "Don't thank us, thank them."

Squirtle: "Squirtle," (Our pleasure.)

(Squirtle says with a smile.)

(Team Wartortle's leader turns to Squirtle and holds out his hand.)

(Squirtle takes Wartortle's hand and they both shake.)

(The next day, Mew and her friends are ready to depart and go on their next journey.)

(Aidan asks.)

Aidan: "Well, what's next? Where're you all headed now?"

Mew: "We're heading to the next town. We heard there's a port there, and that's how we'll get to the next island."

(Mew says.)

(Soon, Wartortle and Squirtle shake hands.)

Misty: "Who would've believed it… Those two as friends,"

(Misty says.)

Tracey: "Even though they're different… I guess they're two of a kind."

(Tracey says.)

Jen: "Yeah,"

(Jen says.)

(Soon, Mew and the others depart as they wave goodbye.)

(Then Mew turns to Aidan.)

Mew: "Thanks a lot, Captain!"

Misty: "We'll see you again!"

(Misty ays.)

(Aidan and Team Wartortle waves goodbye.)

(Then Aidan shouts.)

Aidan: "Team! Atten-hut!"

(Then salutes.)

(Mew and the others do the same.)

(And after that, Mew and her friends walk down the path to the next part of their journey.)

(Two Pokemon also say goodbye with good friendship and good memories.)
