Accepting her gratitude.

After writing the review with Andrew that took almost half of her day – she even missed lunch because of how engrossed she was – made her to realise why Andrew had frowned at the reviewing of the document.

She hoped for two things as she carried the review to the CEO's office; that the documents were faked, it was just to test her ability and secondly she wished her first thought came out true. After standing at the door for some minutes, massaged her neck and knocked on the door.

"Come in, Sylvia," he said, dropping the pen he held to relax his back on the office chair. An unmistakable smirk staining his lips.

Sylvia silently groaned at the sight of his smirk. Was he always smirking just to enrage her? "Well…" she started, dropping the books she carried on the table. "I'm done with the reviews."

He jerked his head. "Hmm," he said sounding impressed in the least, "Expected you to be faster or Andrew didn't help you?" he asked like he genuinely cared.
