Twisted possessiveness

Possessiveness is a dangerous, consuming force.

It seeps into the mind like a shadow, slowly spreading until it taints everything it touches.

For Zale, possession means Soren.

It was a darkness that clawed at his thoughts, a need to keep Soren close, to own every part of him. It wasn't just love—it was obsession, an intense craving that twisted into something far more sinister.

Every time Soren smiled at someone else, spoke to another, even casually, the possessiveness in Zale would flare. His mind would race, imagining scenarios where someone—anyone—might take Soren away. It wasn't rational, but possessiveness never was. It dug deep, turning love into a battlefield where Zale had to guard what was his, at any cost.

In moments of clarity, Zale knew Soren loved him. He trusted him. But then the darkness would return, whispering doubts, taunting him with cruel thoughts. What if Soren leaves? What if someone else is better? Stronger? More worthy?
