Extra Story. Real or Fake?

While waiting near the hut I looked carefully at a few beasts fighting for food, their thoughts are still those of beasts, that's why they are so easy to kill. Asterio came out of the small hut with a large net, we found it in a house in the abandoned village, I say abandoned since no one lives there. The net was for fishing, lately we haven't found much food in the stores, and the only ones we have are about to expire or have already expired, that's why we decided to do it the old-fashioned way, hunting animals.

"Walking Wulls we have to find a lake that has fish of good size.

"Why should we share with them about our hunting?" I don't understand, they stay alone in the hut and do nothing, instead we do everything. I exclaimed with annoyance.

"Because we're a team, they're also my loved ones and I can't eat something on their face without sharing a little with them," he said as we walked to where there's supposedly a lake.

I don't understand, his selfishness is momentary or at least it seems so, when I met him he wanted me to accompany him for life, being selfish loving me only for him, why is it not like that now? Well, it's normal in a sense, I would do the same with my sister Tana.

"You usually spend your time alone, do you have something to hide?" Maybe a boyfriend? He asked curiously.

"Boyfriend?" What is a boyfriend?

Groom? What do you mean, is it some kind of fish? Well, apparently it has nothing to do with a fish, curiously I thought it was referring to some kind of human relationship, but I can't understand its meaning. Curious, I looked at him carefully in search of an answer to my question.

"Don't you know what it is?" Well, it's like your partner, you're with her almost all the time, you take her by the hand, you take her to places where they have fun, among other things," she replied without further ado.

—By partner you mean a mating partner? I questioned again, but this time more curious.

—Well, in a way it's something similar, but not entirely true, a boyfriend loves you not your body, he's a unique partner that differs from other relationships you can have with other people.

"It's very difficult to understand, when your brother asked me if it was your partner, I thought he meant a mating couple. By the way, did you know that the girl Amelia wants to mate with you?

"Amelia?" I think you're being hungry, Wulls," he said a little annoyed.

"No, I'm perfectly fine, but what I'm saying is true, I can smell that girl's hormones and they tend to get upset when she's next to you or when she looks at you shirtless," I said as I walked in front of Asterio.

"Amelia is still just a child, why would she want to be with me?" I think Astaro is a much better match than me, why don't you look at him?

I stopped in my tracks forbidding Asterio to pass, I turned around and looked him in the eye. The reason why he attracts attention is because of his peculiar way of being, that double personality that he shows when his mood changes is not usually seen in many people, I am not interested in him at all in that way, I like him when he shows his selfish personality, he makes me think that I am at home.

He looked at me strangely as he nodded me to move away, as I said before he is a magnet for curious people, you protect your family by being selfish and having benefits only for you, it is like sinning to do good.

"It's because you're interesting," I replied without further ado, to continue walking.

"What a dry answer, but it's good to have your opinion.

We walked several kilometers, but we did not find any lake, we began to despair and when we were about to choose to hunt a land animal, we heard in the distance a woman screaming, she seemed to be close to us, so out of simple curiosity we approached to see.

We hide behind some large trees and watch out of the corner of our eyes a woman being abused by a man, honestly I don't care what happens to the woman, she could have thrown stones at him and run away from the place, but unfortunately she was a victim of fear and fell in the hands of that degenerate.

"Well, it's not all laughter and happiness, I wonder if that man has some food," I said looking at the truck behind the guy.

And evidently there was a lot of food, there were everything from soups to pieces of beef, I could smell its delicious aroma from where I was, I glanced sideways at Asterio, and when I was about to tell him about what I had seen, I came across a scene that I never thought I would see at this moment. A lost look in the scene that was in front of our eyes, seemed to be in a kind of trance, it did not move at all, I was just standing there without further ado observing how that woman was abused, from one moment to the next I saw how the woman had been murdered by the same man who had abused her, What mattered to us at this time was the food that this guy carried, the woman herself was just another person.

"Garbage...

A piercing voice made my skin stand on end abruptly, a chill ran down my spine to the point of not being able to move, honestly it is the first time this has happened to me, I tried to turn my head to see Asterio, but I just couldn't I was prey to a strange sensation unknown to me, could this be scary?

"Wulls, what are you waiting for?" We must continue.

Surprised I looked around, I was in the forest next to Asterio, what had just happened was just a thought? Or maybe I'm really hungry. I continued walking next to Asterio, but I was immersed in my thoughts about what had happened before, I couldn't get out of my head if what I saw was real or fake, suddenly a voice interrupted me.

"Wulls," it was Tana who was talking to me telepathically.

"What's wrong Tana?"

"You saw it too, didn't you?" He said in a trembling voice.

"So then it was real," I said.

"Yes, but for some strange reason everything changed suddenly, as if someone had changed events," Tana spoke very confused.

"I think the same too, but who would do such a thing?" I questioned myself.

Suddenly my gaze focused on where Asterio was, he had a face

or neutral, she didn't seem to have any emotions at the moment, so she decided to take his arm to get his attention.

"What's going on, Wulls?" I question neutrally.

"Did you do that?" I questioned him firmly bluntly.

"Are you sure you're not being affected by hunger?" You're even delirious, let's keep walking and stop asking weird things, you're scary," he pulled out of my grip and then continued walking.

I'm not sure if it was him or not, but what I'm sure of is that it was real, whoever it was, all I have to say is that not everyone manipulates events in that way, so it must have been someone out of this world, someone with incomparable strength, someone... dangerous.
