Heavenly Vision

'Once I leveled up to 40. I'll be able to split my soul again and obtain another soul fragment. In that case, my total available soul fragment will be three!'

When he was level 1. He has one soul fragment. At levels 10, 20, and 30, he obtained one at each.

The first one was used by Hobgoblin, and following that, the second one was used by Berserker Deer, which left him two unused soul fragments that he acquired from levels 20 and 30. Now, he was only one level away from level 40 and he would be able to split his soul once again. His unused soul fragment would become three!

Fortunately, the two unused ones are about to be used by two heavenly geniuses who were about to be born.

...

Dylan reached the Berserker's Deer location in two weeks after non-stop running. Rest? He only needs to rest for an hour to replenish his stamina. As for food, at his level, the need for food became more and more less obvious as his body became more and more efficient. It is foreseeable in the future that he won't even need to eat.

Though, Dylan still wants to eat just for the pleasure of it not for sustenance. After all, he lived all his life eating delicacies. Food is one of the enjoyments in life. If he could choose, of course, he won't remove it.

What's the use of strength if you live a boring life? Yes, if he could ease his boredom while growing stronger, why not? Some say the path of strength is boring and lonely... But for him? He doesn't care about those! He only lives with two simple life principles; Benefit and Survival!

He doesn't have much philosophical thoughts, like immorality is sad. You will outlive everyone and so on. He only cares about himself. Dylan knew he was abnormal, but why fix something that doesn't need fixing? He's content with his current self and doesn't care about societal beliefs and ethics.

"So this is the place?" Dylan squinted his eyes.

The Berserker Deer nodded. In front of them was the massive gate of Situ City made of Jaw of a Prehistoric Monster.

Dylan carefully closed his eyes and felt the mana between heaven and earth subtly gathering above Situ City. Only experts above level 30 could feel this. The premise is they focused all their attention on it. Otherwise, they would fail to sense the phenomenon.

Dylan smiled. "This is indeed the place. Once the mana in the heaven and earth reach saturation. The heavenly genius would be born."

"How many days exactly?" The Berserker Deer couldn't speak with his mouth, so he could only use their spiritual link.

"Three days at the very least but five days at most.

Dylan analyzed the trend and speed of mana-gathering phenomena and concluded.

"If there's a Noble Ream expert here. They will notice the anomaly in just a glance."

"You don't need to worry about that. I've investigated this past few days. The strongest in this city was none other than the Patriarch of Evans Clan. Standing at level 95... Though, it's possible that they have noticed the phenomenon and might have even speculate that it's connected to the baby in the womb of the Patriarch's wife."

With certain wisdom, the Berserker Deer gave his analysis.

"Don't underestimate a family that can be called the strongest. On the surface, they might only have the advancement stage awakener, but behind the scenes. There might be an old foggy at the Noble Realm ready to move in case of emergency. We need to be wary." Dylan solemnly said. "At my level, I can't possibly contend with such a being. But escaping shouldn't be a problem."

"I'm ready to sacrifice myself at any time." The Berserker Deer added. Then he sighed wistfully. "But you had to make sure to find a better body for me. This body had evolved to a second evolution. Such a pity..."

"Don't sacrifice yourself needlessly. That should be a last resort. In terms of escape, the Space Dominion naturally gives me confidence." Dylan patted the Deer on the back and laughed heartily. The hard fur of the Deer was enough to make a hand bleed if it wasn't for Dylan being level 40

Dylan used his shared senses to see what the Hobgoblin was up to... What he saw left a bitter taste in his mouth. The Hobgoblin was currently supervising the progress in the Breeding Area. Through his vision, he saw twelve nude female adventurers suffering great pain as they endured the onslaught of goblins. The moans and cries mixed in the air forced Dylan to quickly deactivate the shared senses skill.

He quickly pushed the slight guilt that arose from his heart. Since the number of goblins was reduced from 1500 to 800, he knew that they needed to replenish the numbers. 'I am still human in the end. Feeling guilty is normal. But I must not act upon my feelings.'

Just like that, Dylan distracted himself to forget the breeding scene in his mind. Three days passed with Dylan and Berserker Deer just scouting the periphery of Situ City. They made sure there were no external variables that would disrupt their operation or some kind of hidden expert around that might interfere with them.

The sun rose in the sky first thing in the morning. At this moment, the mana in the atmosphere crazily surged, gathered like a vortex above the household of Evans Family.

Inside the Situ City, the pedestrians, the guards, merchants, and all walks of life paused and looked up at the sky. In their hearts, they felt a strong emotion arose. A strong pressure made them kneel on the ground and cry unreasonably.

"W-what is happening? Why I can't stop crying!? Someone help!!

"No! This is obviously a phenomenon with the birth of the son of heaven! The legendary heavenly visions in the tales!!"

One of the crying men was a great success awakener; even with his power and urging, he couldn't stop. "I heard that the mistress of the Evans Clan is pregnant. This must be it."

In the sky, a heavenly vision gradually emerged which made everyone feel melancholy for unknown reasons.

Dylan and the Berserker Deer appeared at this moment and were affected by it. Tears gushed out of their eyes.

However, Dylan had already known about this with his foresight and told the Berserker Deer about it as well. They came prepared. Suddenly, a blue vortex appeared in front of them, spitting a roll of tissue and sunglasses.

Dylan took them quickly, wiped out the tears in his eyes, and wore sunglasses. "Here..." He passed the items to the Deer.

"..."

The Berserker Deer took the items speechlessly. 'This is what you're talking about ready perfectly? What kind of joke is this!?'

"Beggars can't be chosers," Dylan responded with a serious expression.

The Berserker Deer: "..."
