Julian rolled Astrid in a wheelchair into his common torture room, only his friends and family knew about the room.

Even though he hardly used it, he always hoped no one would mess with him, but this so-called man refused to pull his little stunt causing his wife to go through traumatic experiences and pain.

Astrid's face held shock, horror, anger, sadness, and vulnerability as she stared at the man who had attempted to kill her.

At first, she felt a sense of satisfaction and closure, thinking that she would finally see justice served when Julain had told her. 

However, as she gaped into the man's battered and bruised face, she was unexpectedly flooded with memories of her own traumatic experience.

The pain and fear she had endured during her abduction and molestation came rushing back, and she felt her body tense up in response.
